Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on brick/block or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick ceiling plaster in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) over a backing coat of 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 (Total 15 mm thick) on concrete or block masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound on top layer as per manufactures instructions (or 3% by weight of cement) and finishing the top surfaces even and fair etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note :Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this schedule as supply only.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI marked etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC may apply as per manufactures instructions or 3% by the wt of cement.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour as per manufacturer's specification etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of Chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces of ceiling etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. M&L preparation of new wood/wood based surfaces of exc. 10 cm width or girth of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- On truss work & new pressed steel frame
