Taking down of existing Water Proofing treatment of any type (APP Membrane,Cement or earthen tile,Mud phuska or lime concrete) including cement plaster of any thickness and removing bitumen coating/mud pushka dirts etc over padding concrete by grinding, Picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust & for providing surface for water prooling treatment complete all as directed.(Note : Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of removing debris outside defence land)

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding concrete for Roof slab, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick Screed bed or bedding/plaster in CM (1:3) with WPC, finished plastered surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.(Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M& L for providing Water proofing treatment complete all as specified and directed as under :- (i) Preparation, cleaning RCC roof surface (ii) Applying of compatible primer/bonding bitumen @ 0.40 Litr/Sqm. (iii) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane as per IS 1654-2017/IS 16352-2017 , 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.60kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster/HMHDPE matt black with torch applications of membrane with 75mm side overlap and 100mm end lap as per manufacturer's instructions (iv) Applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint on top @ 0.10 litre/sqm

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete for sunken floor including Demolition of cement concrete exc 15 cm thickness but above ground floors including removal of debris from MD Land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing to sunken portions of WCs, bathroom and kitchen etc by applying water based, cold applied, single component, elastomericin-situ seamless monolithic coating ready to use acrylic modified bituminous liquid membrance with the procedure in sequence complete all as specified and as directed with the following stages. SURFACE PREPARATION (i) Removing all loose gravel, dirt, oil, grease and foreign matter by jet of dry air and cleaning the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application. (ii) Repairing all cracks by cutting “V” groove and fill with PMC mortar prepared in the ratio of Shalicrete : cement : sand (1:2:5) or equivalent. (iii) Providing 50 mm x 50 mm coving made out of PMC mortar as above. MATERIAL PREPARATION (i) Stir TarFelt ® LM or of equivalent make by a slow speed mixture (approx. 400 rpm) fitted with a suitable mixing paddle to ensure a homogenous mix. (ii) After stirring, wait for the product to settle in order to let entrapped air escape. WATERPROOFING APPLICATION (i) Slightly damp the surface. Avoid standing water / ponding. (ii) Prime the surface with a mixture of TarFelt® LM or of equivalent make and potable water in the ratio of 50:50 and apply @ 400 grm / m2 of the mixture and allow it to touch dry. (iii) Apply first coat of TarFwlt® LM @ 0.70 kg / m2 or of equivalent make by brush / roller / airless spray while the primed surface is tracky, For faster and smoother application, airless spray is preferred. (iv) Spread fiber glass net of 45 gsm with overlap of 50 mm in both directions when the surface is till tackty. (v) Allow 1st coat to dry for 10-12 hrs. (vi) Apply second coat of TarFelt® LM @ 0.70 kg m2 or of equivalent make by brush / roller / airless spray for final DFT of 1000 micron in two coats inclusive of fibre glass of 45 gsm (theoretical coverage depending on surface conditions). (vii) Sprinkle sand @ 200 grm / m2 over the final vertical coating when the surface is still tackty to facilitate plastering. (viii) Ensure final curing time of 36 hrs before allowing / carrying out any further work. (ix) Conduct ponding test after 7 days of curing at ambient temperature.

Taking down chowkat (without taking of shutter from the frame) not exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as directed

S& F Solid PVC door frame (Single rebated) of size 60 mm x 30 mm made out of solid foam with homogenious fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as shown on approved manufacturer drawing (Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing given in SSR Part II with wood free EPS complete all as specifide and as directed.

M & L for powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specifide and as directed.

S&F Anodised aluminum powder coated (of any shade/colour as approved by GE ) ventilators of Size 500mm x 800 mm) with adjustable 4mm thick figured glass louvers, fixed in qtr portion, without sash bars, aluminum section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminum snap beading, screws, including stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings shown by GE and as directed.( Note: Supply only 4 mm thick sheet glass and wire mesh be measured and paid separately).
