M&L a top coat of modified polyurethane Hybrid elastomeric waterproof membrane, applied in two coats of one-component cold applied water based modified polyurethane hybrid elastomeric waterproofing membrane ensuring that a final continious coating with a minimum total applied wet film thickness 1.3-1.4mm is achieved. resulting in a total dry film thickness of .8-.9mm. Cutting down Vegetation growths like plants/trees of girth n.exc 15cm from roof tops/sides, external walls of bldgs, Chajjas, wall junctions at junctions of rain water/ CI waste water pipe junctions including removal of roots and taking out carefully possible quantity of concrete in roofs embedded in walls/slab surfaces including repairing the GI/ CI/ PVC pipe joints of that affected locations and applying TUFALO chemical (herbal rnedicine) to arrest further growth and making good the distrubed surfaces with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 or CM 1:2 or brick work in CM 1:4 and plastering with CM 1:4 and treating tthe surfaces to match with the adjoining surfaces all as specified and directed by the . Note :- (i) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of scafolding/staging etc. (ii) Any CI/AC/PVC special damaged during work shall be replaced by new one to ensure leak/seapage free joint unit rate quoted shall deemed to be include cost of replacement of specials.

M&L filling surface cracks not exc 5 mm to 7 mm wide with "Dr fixit" cracks X power or equivalent polymer molified cracks filler all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed

Supply & Erecting with MS props for temporary supports to the structural members like beams, slabs, chajjas etc. to relieve the load on the members during breaking of damaged concrete, during dismantling work as per the instruction of engineer in-charge. M& L for chipping of slab/columns/beams/chajjas/parapet/roof projection and removing loose mortar with chisel hammer without much impact on concrete surface, clean the surface by sand blasting the surface using river sand with minium of 6 kg pressure at the nozzle or air blow by electric pressure blower by mechanical compressor, cleaning the exposed reinforcement with wire brush & appliying Fosroc Reebaklens RR rust rust remover or equivalent in two coats over rusted reinforcement surface and providing anti corrosive coating with two component epoxt based zinc rich primer/Rust passivation Inhibitor coat at the rate of 5 sqm/Ltr with Fosroc Nitozinc primer or equivalent to reinforcement surface as per manufacturers instructions including all scaffolding ,machinery,tools tackels and men materials and clearing of debries complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Reebaklens RR rust rust remover, Nitozinc primer of Fosroc or equivalent in Dr Fixit/ACC/L&T/STP/Sika India /Asian paints/bostik/Choksey chemicals/Thermax limited/ Hindcon Chemicals . M & L for applying bond coat on the prepared old surface of concrete/masonry to receive new polymer mortar/polymer modified martar or micro concrete with two coats of Fosroc Nitobond SBR or equivalent in Dr Fixit/STP/Bostik/Sika/Choksey chemicals/Thermax ltd/ CICO as per maufacturer specifications. Laying of reinstatement polymer mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. This bond coat act as bonding agent between old and new concrete. Item rate inclusive of all materials, labors, supervision, tools, tackles, transportation, fixing etc., complete as per specification and as directed. M & L for perparation the surface and applying 40mm thick in layers ,each layer n.exc 20mm thick with polymer modifed mortar (PMM) on sufcace of slab/columns/beams/chajjas/ parapet /roof projection/balcony/staircase with Fosroc Renderoc SP40 or equivalent in Dr Fixit/STP/Asian paints / Sika / Bostik/CICO/Choksey chemicals/ Thermax ltd/Hindcon chemicals including all necessary scaffolding, man and material complete all as specified and directed . Note : The work shall be carried out through approved company authorised applicator & upto 12m height

M & L for 10mm thick cement plaster CM 1:3 with added integral waterproofing compound as per manufacturer instruction. Note : The work shall be carried out through approved company authorised applicator and upto 12.0M height. WPC will be measured & paid seperately)

M & L for applying injection grouting through the nozzles. Drilling the holes of 12mm dia upto 100mm deep and fixing of nozzel of 10mm with using Fosroc Cebex 100 hardner chemicals. Inject the polymer based cement grout Fosroc Cebex 100 grout with cement to RCC member in adequate pressure and seal the nozzel complete as per manufacturer instruction.
