Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulations etc. as per direction of engineer in charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying debonding layer of 125 micron thickness at the interface of cement concrete slab and DLC as per Engineer- In charge

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-40 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineerin- charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Note:- Cement content considered in M-40 is @ 390 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately. Providing and fixing pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints of RCC roads / CC pavements after making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Pre-moulded joint fillers shall be made of bitumen hot sealing compound impregnated fibre board having impregnation more than 35%, conforming to IS:1838 for fibre board and IS: 1834 for hot sealing bitumen compound grade A.)

Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Using grade 'A' sealing compound conforming to IS: 1834

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc., and removal of form for Lintels,beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. 80 mm dia nominal bore

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and re-filling etc as required. 100 mm dia .

Providing and applying FOSROC Nitoflor Hardtop non-metallic surface floor hardener @ 5 kg/sqm including finishing of the top surface by floating method using power trowel with disc (floater) as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Repurchase price of dismantled materials (to be paid by or recovered from the contractor work bill) Inclusive of cost born for loading and unloading etc., by the contractor. Excavated stone aggregate from WBM (greater than or equal to 40 mm)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, mantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
