Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 M wide and n. exc. 1.5M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of GI/DI/CI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading,levelling watering and well ramming in layers not excluding 25 cms in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for making good road surface where as road crossing of pipe lines , hardstandings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down GI water tubing and connections from walls/ceiling/from trenches for cleaning of any blockage and relaying or refixing of the same tubing in trenches/ wall/ceilings of size 20 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed . Note: (i) Excavation, earth work and PCC work will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) The rate quoted must be inclusive of replacing the rusted or damaged collars/Tees/elbows/bends/unions/nipples if any.

Demolition of existing old unserviceable brick masonary valve chamber including demolition of unserviceable M.S iron cover and iron frame and Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 90cm x 90cm X 90 cm (internal dimensions) with one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, including PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching and coping and 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) internally and externally upto 15cm below ground level providing valve pit cover 40x40x6mm angle iron frame all-round fixed by means of 4 Nos holdfast 150mm long made out of flat iron 40x6mm embedded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 230x200x100mm incl provn of hinges welded with angle iron frame and MS cover 3mm thick sheet, MS handle of suitable length and size welded with MS cover and suitable locking arrangement and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
