Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (a). 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : (a). Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and laying factory made Precast concrete solid blocks of 200 mm thickness of grade M10 made of C&D waste from approved manufacturer in foundation and plinth in: (a). Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying factory made Precast concrete solid blocks of 200 mm thickness of grade M10 made of C&D waste from approved manufacturer in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level (a). Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : (a). 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : (a). New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Add 0.973 GST Factor

Add cost index @ 3%
