Supplying , fixing and Installation of 4687 Nos. Ground polycrystalline silicon Solar PV Modules (325 Wp) having 72 cell with Peak Power rating >2 Wp, Module efficiency >15.50% Panel associated cabling, earthing etc. should be along with RFID tag (preferably inside the lamination). The panel output (Wp) capacity to be >90% of design nominal power at end of 10 years. Linear Degradation Warranty for first 10 years shall be provided and degradation/year is specified and warranted. The PV modules used in the grid solar power projects must qualify to the latest edition of any of the following IEC PV moudule qualification test or equivalant BIS standards. Crystalline Silicon Solar Cell Modules IEC 61215. In addition PV modules must qualify to IEC 61730 for safety qualification testing @1000V or higher. The PV modules must also qualify IEC 61701 througout their lifetime etc. as per Relevant I.S. code , manual and specification complete in all respect to the operation form or as per the directions of Engineer in Charge.
Supplying fixing and installtaion of the solar Module mounting structure for fixed tilt with required foundation, earthing etc., complete in all respects. The Module mounting structure should be hot dip galvanized steel with a minimum alloy Non-corrosive and electrolytically ally compatible with the mounting structure materials. Structural steel shall confirm to grade A of IS:2062 for rolled steel members or plants up to 20 mm thickness. The MMS will confirm to the technical specification with supply of all requisite materials. The structure should ensuring stability and wind withstanding capacity and fixing to the substructure. The civil works will include designing, construction of foundation base for holding the module structure, excavation, concreting, back filling, shoring and shuttering, as per Relevant I.S. code , manual and specification complete in all respect to the operation form or as per the directions of Engineer in Charge.
Supplying fixing and Installation of String Monitoring unit 16 way input and one output, with required foundation, associated cabling (power & auxilary supply), trench, earthing etc., complete in all respects. The efficiency of the inverter shall be equal to more than 96% at 75% load as per IEC 61683. Inverter should be three phase and shall have internal protection arrangements against lightning and earth leakage faults, over currents, over temperature, Sync loss and DC bus over voltage. Inverter shall have anti islanding protection. Inverter to folllow grid voltage, frequency up to +/-5% of the nominal outpr frequency during normal operation. Inverter shall have less than 2% THD (AC total harmonic distoration, No load less <1% of rated power and maximum loss in sleep mode shall be less than 0.05%.. as per I.S. code and specification in all respect or as per the directions of Engineer in Charge.as per Relevant I.S. code , manual and specification complete in all respect to the operation form or as per the directions of Engineer in Charge.
Supply & Installation of 1 no. Weather monitoring system including 1 no. Rain Gauge to measure rain fall in millimetres as per IS 4986, 1 no. Anemometer to measure wind speed in km/hr,1 no. Weathervane to measure wind direction in degrees as per IS: 10001, 1 no. soil temperature probe to measuring soil temp. in celsiuns, 1 no. Humidity sensor to measure air humidity in %age , 1 no. pressure guage to measure atmospheric air pressure in Pascals as per IS: 3624 and air quality sensor to measure air quality in relative %age or any other item required for complete functioning of weather monitoring system as per I.S. code and specification in all respect as per IS code and directions of Engineer incharge.
Supply the Power evacuation system with required foundation, associated cabling (power & auxilary supply), trenching, earthing etc., as per I.S. code and specification complete in all respects as per the detailed technical specification and as per the directions of Engineer incharge
Construction of 1 Nos. Inspection cum Control Room and Guard room (as per drawing) with required lighting, air conditioning, auxilary power supply for equipments also with UPS backup, associated cabling, trenching, earthing, sanitary, drainge & water supply system etc. any other item associated for complete setup as per I.S. code and specification in all respects as per directions of the Engineer In charge.
Providing and installtion automated Module cleaning system with motorized spray , brush including self driven motorised control system for cleaning of PV module including all neccesary item etc. complere in all respect as per the detailed technical specification. etc., as per I.S. code and specification complete in all respects as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer incharge
Supply Erection and commissioning HT line from Solar power plant to proposed sub-station near dam , including insulaters, transmission line & its allied structure against lighting as per IS: 3043, Bus bar, main switch gear, switch fuse, meters, distribution system , cabling as per IS-692, & 1694 or latest as per I.S. code and specification in all respect or as per the complete satisfaction and as per the directions of Engineer Incharge
Providing & fixing protection wire mess along the boundary wall as per drawing, construction of pawer block path cum approach road from main entrance to the control room and along the boundary fence provision of cctv cameras at all the entry & exit points and prominent threat areas , MS entry/exit gate along with fire protecttion system etc. complete in all respect to the operational form as per relevent IS code, mannual and specifications and as per direction, entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
