Connecting Neutral Delta Earthing with Main Earthmat and Treatment of CUREC+ (Earthing enhancement compound) of Delta Earthing of 4 No. 400/220KV ICTs (Total 5 No. Delta earthing), 1 No. 400KV Bus Reactors (Total 1 No. Delta earthing), 3 No. 220/132KV T/Fs (Total 4 No. Delta earthing) and 1 No. 132/33KV T/F (Total 2 No. Delta earthing) alongwith other associated works required for satisfactory completion of the job, as per technical specifications & direction of the supervising engineer, as per Details below :
Dismantling reinforced cement concrete, including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by the supervising engineer within a distance of 60 meter with all cost of Men, Materials, Misc Consumables, Special T&Ps etc. required for Satisfactory Completion of work.
Supply of CUREC+ which is permanent organic earth enhancing compound in the world that adheres to IEEE 80:2000 clause 14.5(d). It must have a shelf life up to 24 years. Compound as to be used in high soil resistivity areas which typically varies from season to season having features viz. enhances electrical conductivity of soil, thermally conductive, Eco friendly, Least corrosion, non leaching, Maintenance Free up to 24 years & Soil Resistivity value have seasonal variation of ± 10%.
Chemical Earthing Treatment of Delta earthing by Pouring the slurry of 3 bags (3 Kg.) of Curec+ up to a depth of 600 mm in each pit (Leg) of Delta after excavation of additional 600mm and back filling of earth. (1 Job for each Delta consisting of 3 legs)
Connecting Neutral Delta Earthing point with Main Earthmat of Sub Station of Power Transformers with 75x10 mm MS Flat as per OM No. 62 ESDC-II(X)(T)/T/F GEN Date 21.01.2023 by Cutting, Laying, Bending & Welding of 75x10 mm MS Flat, excavation and back filling of earth 1 mtr. below the ground level including painting of earthing strip with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps, etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Job, as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer. MS Flat shall be provided by the department.
