Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation poles, stays, laying of cables etc for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, peir holes, etc not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soils to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning for underground cable 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying and stretching the cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type - I, flat, size 300 x 180 x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Supplying and laying factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Steel water tubing light grade of dia 100mm galvanized with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors/ fixed to poles/ or passing under road crossing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Steel water tubing light grade of dia 80mm galvanized with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors/ fixed to poles/ or passing under road crossing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Steel water tubing light grade of dia 50mm galvanized with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors/ fixed to poles/ or passing under road crossing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of HT cable 11000 volts earth grade of cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 Core as per IS-7098 (Part-I) 2011, XLPE insulated aluminium conductor heavy duty served with an inner sheathing PVC tape, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured with an overall PVC sheathing laid in trenches, fixed along the poles or passed through GI pipe using clamps wherever required laid under floors, road etc fixed encased in GI pipe connecting with suitable size of lugs and cable glands etc, each cable termination is to be made with suitable size of cable glands and aluminium thimbles (for junction boxes,etc) for incoming and outgoing cables complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : MS clamps with nuts, bolts, washer etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BoQ).

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm, complete all as specified and all as directed.

Material and labour for steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-55 (11.0 mtrs long) with 300mmx300mmx6mm mild steel base plate continuously welded to Pole, finial tapper plug, bolts, nuts and screws and making holes as per requirement all as specified including factory painted with two coats black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer, making 05 Nos strips each 30cm high with super enamel paint with alternate (Black and Yellow/white) colour scheme from ground level/coping upto 1.5m painting with two coats of aluminium paint for the remaining height complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation, earth work and PCC in coping/foundation shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for air break gang operated switch with 12 Nos insulators outdoor type, triple pole, mechanically operated, suitable for vertical installation, single break, provided with locking arrangement, consisting of MS Channel, HT post type insulator copper alloy, high pressure, assembly drop out fuses, operating rod 25mm dia GI pipe, medium grade for operating from 1.2 m above ground level complete including drop out fuses conforming to IS rated voltage 11 KV and for current rating 200 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for lightening arrestor (set of three) HT metal oxide surge arrester polymeric type complete with all fittings ,rated voltage 12 KV continuous operating voltage 11 KV, normal discharge current 10 KA, 65 KV dischatge capacity etc complete all specified confirming to IEC-600994-2001, complete all as specified and all as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of LT cable 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 240 Sqmm 3.5 Core as per IS-7098 (Part-I) 2011, XLPE insulated aluminium conductor heavy duty served with an inner sheathing PVC tape, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured with an overall PVC sheathing laid in trenches, fixed along the poles or passed through GI pipe using clamps wherever required laid under floors, road etc fixed concealed in walls encased in GI pipe connecting with suitable size of lugs and cable glands etc, each cable termination is to be made with suitable size of cable glands and aluminium thimbles (for junction boxes, security lights, LT panels etc) for incoming and outgoing cables complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : MS clamps with nuts, bolts washer etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BoQ).

Material and labour for junction box factory made of mild steel 1.6 mm thick of size 300mm x 250mm x 200mm including 04 nos aluminium busbar of 200 A capacity of suitable size duly fitted in the suitable insulator with fixing arrangement and including SP MCB 6 Amps clamped with pole/fixed on wall and taking out old unserviceable boxes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concealed single phase sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor and earth wire 1100 volt grade and drawing into concealed PVC conduit of suitable size (ISI Marked) having thickness not less than 1.8mm with all accessories heavy grade on wall/ceiling of size 4.0 Sqmm electrical grade with earth wire of 4.0 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-One run of PVC conduit, two runs of wire (Phase + Neutral) and one run of earth wire shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Taking down unserviceable HT cable of any size and capacity for further disposal complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old UNSV OH LT transmission line including poles and any number of conductors of any size / any span and dismantling of old PCC poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old UNSV cross arms and any number of insulators of any size / any span complete including dismantling of old PCC poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling concrete poles any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type any size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for anti climbing devices spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, benching and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including necessary form work and finishing all exposed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting of roads for laying of pipe of any type and size and making good road by providing soling with broken boulders or quarried stone, WBM of existing thickness and finally topping with bituminous macadum of existing thickness (bituminous macadum comprising of stone chipping and cold emulsion as per manufacturer's instructions) including necessary compaction by rolling etc. to match existing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below gound level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal gound level connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper and connected to main control board as directed and including proivison of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1, precast RCC earth pit cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150mmc/c of size 54cmx54cmx8cm with two handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore galavanised steel tubing (med grade) for watering. Charcoal 250 Kg and salt 200 Kg in alternate layers, 40mm bore galavanised steel tubing light grade for protection of earth lead connection including necessary excavation, earth work and necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I. Note :- Earth strip and protection pipe upto test point i.e up to 7.5 RM is included in the unit rate of this item Contractor shall quote his rate accordingly.
