Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed for laying of under ground cable, foundation of pole and stay etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well remmining in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to U/G cable in layers of 23 cm thick( 8 Cm before laying the cable and 15 Cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only Puned down volume shall be measured.

Supply and lay burnt best quality locally available old size sub class 'B' bricks laid in trenches perpendicular to U/G cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable LT U/G cable from trenches of size 6 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm 2/3.5/4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay in trenches or passing through pipe XLPE insulated armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for straining of Aluminium conductor steel reinforeced (ACSR) on over head LT electric line required sag and binding the conductor with insulator and jumper with aluminium binding wire conforming to IS:398 Part-II complete all as specifie and as directed.

All as per item No.15 above, but refixing and restringing serviceable ACSR (any size) as recovered from item No.14 here-in-before including binding wire, line taps etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable stay assembly including stay wire complete with necessary demolition of concrete excavation and earth work as reqd. and removing the same from site complete all as specified & as directed.

S & F stay assembly complete with all accessories and stay clamps all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Pt-1 with using stay rod of 16 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling of insulators of any type & size from position including separating & setting a side serviceable insulators for reuse in the work & removing unserviceable insulator from site complete all as specified & as directed.

S & F pin type insulator porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washer and one galvanized iron nut 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as directed.

All as per item No-20, but fixing only old serviceable pin type insulator as obtained from item No.19 here in before.

S & F shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator of size 75 mm height 90 mm dia including MS strips 31x3 mm washers, insulator bolts 12 mm dia & nuts suitable for working pressure 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No- 22 above , but fixing oly old serviceable shackle type insulator as obtained form item No. 24 here-in-before

M & L MS clamp made out of 50x6 mm flat iron bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat,one under coat and one finishing aluminium coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Boring holes horizontally under road without damaging the surface of road ( minimum 1.0 Metre below the road surface with the help of GI tubing not exc 80 mm bore(dia) for passing UG cable, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : - GI Pipe laid will be measured and paid separately under respective item

Disconnection and dismantling of existing serviceable under ground cable of size 6 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm 2/4 core from LT Panel/FPB and taking out cable/cable loop from underground by excavtion of soft/loose soil and insertion of heat shrinkable PVC colour sleeves on cable cores and crimping of suitable size aluminium cable lugs as required and refixing the same in its original position complete all as specified and as directed.
