Material and labour for one coat of white wash on old decorated ceiling surfaces including preparation of old surfaces complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

S&F factory made pressed steel frames having profile 125mm x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates made out/fabricated of 1.25 mm thick MS sheet, including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, thress hold bar/flat etc. and one shop coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

S&F pressed steel frames of size 105 x 60mm for doors with one/more rebates including necessary fittings, lugs, hinges, lock strike plate and one shop coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Supply and fixing in repair windows made of pre-painted steel (CRCA steel as per IS- 513 of 0.58mm thick gavanized as per IS 277 with Zinc coating of 120 GSM). Primer Coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 micron thick, followed by a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and then back coated with 5-7 microns thick alkyd backer with total coated thickness of Section 0.60mm. Outer frame should be 72mm x 55mm, center mullion should be of 72mm x 50mm, section for shutter should be 48mm x 25mm. Rebate of 20mm to be provided in the frame for provision of flymesh and glass shutter. The sections are to be cut to length mitred jointed with corner bracket. Centre mullion to be fixed with mullion cap.The windows to be provided with prepainted 10mm mild steel square guard bars with 100mm Centre to Centre distance. The window is to be provided with double shutters on each face of frame i.e outer and inner.Glazed shutters to be provided with 4mm thick plain float glass with rubber gasket all around and gauzed shutters with stainless steel wire cloth (304 Grade) of 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories fixed with prepainted beading section of 12mmx12mm for glazed and gauzed shutters.The frame should be fixed to the concrete / masonry wall by means of self expanding screws complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in -charge. NOTE FOR ITEM NO 44 & 45:- (i) Design and pattern of windows / ventilators as per site requirement shall be decided by the GE. (ii) Warranty certificate for 10 years against rusting and 2 years against accessories and Quality Control Report from manufacturer to be submitted by the contractor before making final payment of material to the contractor.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames including punching or drilling out glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Supply and fixing 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality any size and in any type of frame and glazing with oil putty ( or beading ) in square n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each panes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Supply and fixing 4mm thick figured glass pin head type ordinary quality any size and in any type of frame and glazing with oil putty ( or beading ) in square n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each panescomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

(M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) Complete all as specified as per Manufacturer broucher.

WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.
