M&L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in 100 mm thick sub base to floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sadar halli stone slab 18-20mm thick in flooring, steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, steps/stairs, cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including Rounding to edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sadar halli stone slab 18-20mm thick in skirting, riser, dado and like jointing in cement mortar (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC design mix of grade (M-25 ) using 20mm graded stone aggregate for foundation footings, plinth beams, etc all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed

S&F Pre-painted coloured Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having tensile strngth of 550 Mpa, 150 AZ as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including necessary washers etc all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted coloured galvalume aluminium zinc coating (AZ 150) GI based plain sheet steel sheet0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, eaves board fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Returning filling in, incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a lavel not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar (1 : 4) on any faces of stone masonry or concrete block surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Provision of trenchless bore using mechanical numatic drilling equipment for passing electric cables through HDPE pipe of 100mm dia under the existing bituminous/WBM road/PCC hard standings, depth range not less than 1.0 mtr and upto 1.5mtr and making good to the distrubed surfaces of road to match with its existing specifications all as specified and directed (Note : (a) Quoted rates deems to be including of necessary earth work, transportation charges of Drilling machine, and cost of HDPE pipe and passing pipe through bore complete. (b) Any damage to MES assets caused during trenchless bore shall be recitfied by the contractor at his own cost.)

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for protection of cable on pole , under road crossing or across drain , along electric pole or floor /wall complete including taking out if required all as specified and directed .
