ROAD, CULVERT AND CONCRETE DRAIN. M & L for 250mm thick GSB (Granular Sub-Base) grade I as per TI:09/2018/Table 400-1 of MORTH Specification/ IRC Specification, spreading in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick each, watering, ramming / rolling by tandem vibrator roller and finishing to longitudinal gradient (1:150) & transverse gradient (1:100) and required camber for achive field compaction at least 98% of MDD (maximum dry density) determined using modified procter density determination method as per IS code, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for construction of 100 mm thick cement concrete as Dry Lean Concrete Base Course of compressive strength not less than 10 MPa at 7 days for each consecutive group of 5 cubes of individual strength of cube shall not less than 7.5 MPa at 7 days using aggregate not exceeding 26.5 mm, with minimum cement content shall not be less than 150 kg/cum including spreading and compacted by using mechanical paver and vibratory roller to thickness of 150 mm including necessary form work finshing etc complete all as specified and as per TI/ MORTH specification 601, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if quantity of Cement content used in the work as approved in the Design Mix exceeds 150 Kg. (b) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste of form work for total thickness.

Material and labour for sand cushioning (10mm thick), with clean river sand spread evenly, levelled to uniform thickness, rammed including watering, laid over DLC, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Compacted thickness shall be measured for payment)

Supply and laying 400 Micron thick transparent HDPE Polythene film of GRADE-I conforming to IS-10889 (minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm) over sand cushioning, as anti-friction layer on the base course of road work as per specification with specified overlap between adjacent strip and transverse joint etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Side lap shall be 150 mm and end lap shall be 300 mm. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the laps.

COMPOUND WALL AND GATE. M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying wall care putty (white) of thickness not less than 2mm and sand papering surfaces to achieve smoothness of the surfaces and applying exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic, white or any tinted (as in camouflage pattern), over a coat of cement based primer, including washing floors, cleaning glasses, joineries, electrical fittings, wiring etc, or drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and land scaping/ plantation of Barmudas/American grass/carpet grass, small size and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure/Sludge/Cow dung in the ratio 2:1 (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction of 20% with 1 part of stacked volume of sludge/Cow dung / manure after reduction by 8% flooding with water and removal of Surlus soil) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Cost of manure and earth shall be paid seperately.)

Supply and planting of Nahar trees with Height 3 to 4 feet including Digging Holes 1.2 m Dia x 1.2 m deep in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio 2:1 (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction of 20% with 1 part of stacked volume of sludge/Cow dung / manure after reduction by 8% flooding with water and removal of Surplus soil) complete all as specified and directed.
