Special Eligibility Criteria

Vendor(s) participating in Tender must have valid license issued by Drug Controller Authority of the state for running a chemist shop for various categories of Allopathic drugs as applicable under the provisions of Drug & Cosmetic Act 1940, as on the date of bid opening above, for various categories. The bidder also must ensure that their license remain valid till the end of the contract period. 2. The Chemist/Retail Shop should be in existence continuously for at least for the last three years. (Copies of license held for the last 3 years has to be submitted). 3. Vendor(s) participating in tender must have average annual turnover of Rs.6,43,70,055.00 or above during last three consecutive Financial years (i.e. 2022-23,2023-24 & 2025-25) 4.
