PROVISION OF LT PANEL AT PARADE GROUND AT VSN NAGPUR

Supply and laying LT UG PVC insulated 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable multi stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip wire or tape and connecting up to the electrical system with suitable size of aluminium lugs of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cables and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for double wall corrugated (DWC) High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of size 63 mm dia laid in trenches for passing of LT cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of PCC/ Hard standing/ WBM road not exceeding 20 cm in width not exceeding 30 cm in depth for passing of LT cable and making good of disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces by using old and new material i.e bitumen/PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade with necessary fittings in floor /pillar/ fixed on pole of size 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and installation LT Electric control panel, cubical type, for out door use floor mounted made out of CRCA outer sheet of 3 mm thick and inner sheet of 2 mm thick and angle iron legs of size 50mmx50mmx5mm having front and rear open hinged doors with front openable shutters for each MCCB with spreader with fully enclosed bus bar chamber, having insulated bas bar made but of aluminium strips of rating 400 amps for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 C/S 4 wire system, with cable entry provision, with suitable lugs gland, Voltmeter , Ammeter, CTs and phase indicator complete, duly painted with two coats of stove enamel powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer and nut,bolt,washers for connection of cable, including necessary PCC work of height 45 cm from ground level and white washing to the platform all as specified and equipped with the following items :- (Loc :Near Helipad). Material and labour for new earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 25X4mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete all as specified and directed . Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to be included cost for GI strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre and beyond that the same will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Earth continuty conductor or main earthing lead as 25x4 mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chasses or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to pole or any other situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed .
