(a) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm as a bonding layer over finished plaster surface including cleaning the surface . (b) Over the coat of bitumen bonding layer as above APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm) and 3 mm thick reinfoced with polyster non wove fabric, unrolled and bonded completely to the substrate with side over lap of 75 mm or end over lap of 100 mm. The overlaps are then sealed/ fused by flam technology method as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced)as in plinth protection in G.F and paving not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of rubbish out side complex (MOD land) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (40mm agg) as in plinth protection finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A, thickness of slab is 75mm thick as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including tucking of old or new floor over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including grouting in between tile joints complete all as specified and directed.

S &F Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick double charged (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 15mm thich screed bed in CM 1:6 including tucking of old or new floor complete all as specified and directed.

All as per 14 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado over and including taking out existing skirting and 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match on screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes with cement plaster 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description such as terrazzo floor, terrazzo tiles floor, PCC floor, including removing the demolished material outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling terrazzo dado/skirting/Glazed tiles/terrazzo toping incl cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300x450x7 to 8mm thick as in vertical surfaces of wall as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including highlighters complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Highlighted pattern tile in bathroom is to be provided.

Demolition of cement concrete in floors and pavings exc 15 cm thick but above ground floor (sunken) floor including removing the demolished material outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L clearing sunken portion of slab (Bottom & sides) and proving water proofing treatment as under:- (a) Providing min 75 mm thick concave coving with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate admixed with WPC complast x 421 IC. Cement slurry admixed with bonding compound Nitobond AR to be used for bonding of coving with RCC member laying 40 mm bore spout pipe, Sloping and covering CI pipes with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) admixed with integral WPC complast x 421 IC (Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd).(b) Drilling 50mm deep holes at a distance of 1m c/c and cleaned with water and air, fixing nozzles of 12mm dia on drilled holes, injecting non shrink cement slurry at a pressure of 40 Pa and nipples plugged with quick setting WP compound. (c) Applying 2 full coats of brush bond acrylic emulsion based elastromeric water proofing coating after the primer with a min time gap of 4-6 hrs between 1st & 2nd coat. (d) Applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 admixed with WPC complast x421 IC complete all as specified and directed Note: water proofing treatment of sunken is to be done by a approved applicator(sika/equvalent)

M&L for sealing of pipe penetration of toilets core cutting in the following stages:- Supply and apply solvent free, moisture insensitive epoxy resin based patch repair putty on pipe penetration surfaces. The putty shall be applied to a groove thickness of minimum 20mm on pipe penetration joint to concrete complete all as specified and directed Product: Sikaguard®-694 F (I)/Equvelant, Yield: 0.6 ltr/kg. Product requirements: suitable for submerged condition; compressive strength of 40 N/mm2 (1 day) according to IS 9162-1979.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate mixed with water proofing compound @3% by wt of cement as in sunken floors complete all as specified and directed (water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately).

M&L 20 mm thick Granite stone (table rubbed & polished) in kitchen platform like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Providing and Fixing factory made PVC kitchen cabinet 300 mm deep (clear) and required size and 18 mm thick PVC one side prelaminated celluca ply for cabinet sides, shelves partitions top and bottom sides including backing of cabinet fixed with each other with steel screw and solvent cement adhesive including 1mm thick PVC lipping alround the cabinet & shelves&shutters with handle/knobs, magnetic catcher or as per manufacturing specifications including two no of selves in each cabinet etc completed all as per dircetion of Eng-in-charge. Note- The measurment of kitchen cabinet will be the finished area in elevation

Making rounding edges of marble/granite slab and polishing complete such as in steps, cooking platform etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preventive treatment against the danger of carbonation in exposed faces of RCC members:- (i) Cleaning existing surface of RCC members and making surface free of loose material, oil, grease etc by vigorous wire brushing including light grit blasting where necessary as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Further, cleaning using biocide (as recommended by manufacturer) to ensure that surface is free of algae and fungus and no trace of paint (any type) left out, sand blasting to be done to remove trace of paint. (iii) Cleaned surface to be allowed to dry. (iv) Spray a coat of primer (as recommended by manufacturer) over dry cleaned surface as required prior to final finish. Primer shall be diluted in proposition 2:1 with mineral turpentine. After application. Primer shall be allowed to dry for 03 hours or as directed. (v) Apply a more coat of neat Aliphatic Acrylic anti-carbonation (ACC) over the primed surface with air/ spray gun at nominal rate of 3.5 ltr per sqm as recommended by manufacturer. (vi) Apply a more coat of Aliphatic Acrylic anti-carbonation (ACC) after 5-6 hours as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for followings:- (i) Removing plaster & finishes all around the columns, slabs & beams (on all four side of columns to full length, three sides of beam to entire span & bottom of slab to area as directed). (ii) After cleaning gently removing cover concrete using pneumatic/ electric chipper or any other approved tool in entire portion of structural member (removal of cover concrete shall be done to an extent when reinforcement is visible). (iii) Removal of cover concrete with under cutting of up to a depth of 20mm beyond reinforcement around full circumference & full length of bar where directed (concrete shall be stripped to an extent concrete substrate is exposed). (iv) Cleaning exposed concrete substrate by using water jet. (v) Supply and apply of rust removing chemical to remove rust from reinforcement of approved makes as approved by GE (Engr-in-Charge may order sand blasting if rust is approved). (vi)Any other work as directed by Engr-in-Charge to resent clean surface for determination of type of repair to be carried out complete all as specified and directed. Note : The mode of measurement for the above items shall be the entire net are of the RCC slabs, beam and columns etc.

M&L for providing rust proof/ anti corrosive treatment to bars:- (i) Cleaning of all exposed bars (new & old) alround. (ii) Apply a single coat of Alkaline rust converting primer on alround bars & old as recommended by the manufacturer. (iii) Apply two coats of Epoxy phenolic anti corrosive protective coat on bars alround new & old as recommended by the manufacturer. Note : Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous especially in the regions where pitting, imperfections etc were present on the surface of the bars. It is important that the rear portions of re bars (those towards the concrete substrate) should not be left without coating. (iv) The mode of measurement for the above items shall be the entire net are of the RCC slabs, beam and columns etc.

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar):- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible (in case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in caots of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed within 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stainless steel rolling drawer pully type suitable for kitchen cabinet with all fixing arrangement, area of each drawer n.exc 0.30 sqm of vertical face having depth 450mm to 600mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : Net area of front finished surfaced will be measured.

Supply and spreading river sand for cushioning of cable , with dry and clean sand, over and under the under ground cables in trenches, ducts for cable protection including consolidation, 80mm thick to the authorized width as per SSR Part-I before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable and gently punning down to 180mm thick complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving thickness not exc. 15 cm (below or above ground level) for removal of LT underground cable/GI pipe of any size description and making good ( PCC 1:3:6) the same as per existing specifications after relaying new cable / GI pipe complete all as specified and directed Note : GI pipe shall be measued and paid separately.
