Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil) for laying of cables or GI pipe and getting out including levelling of bottom suface to required level complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No 1.00 here in before but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3.00 mtr.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables and in substation ducts for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified. (Measurement should be after punning down)

S & F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sq cm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in,. including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 m away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 40 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends all specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI pipe light grade in replacement as cable protection laid on trench/floor, fixed on pole/wall etc of following sizes all as specified of size 80 mm dia.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made tested LT panel board of size not less than 1.4 mtr x 0.55 mtr x 1.6 mtr cubical double door compartment outdoor type leg mounted suitable for , 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times of Incomer/ Outgoings MCCBs, installed on proceline/ SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP -65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and inner compartment 2.0 mm, 40X40X6 mm thick MS angle iron frame work, fixing of double doors shall be on MS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure), powder coated finished over one coat of red oxide on out side surface and painted in side with two coats of red oxide primer and rear opening type with apran for cable entery closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated multisranded copper conductor FRLS cable IS 694 marked , 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 sqmm) and comprising of the following including necessary brick work for platform of suitable size:-

Material and labour in replacement of Voltmeter 0-500 V digital type per existing size complete all as per specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of Ammeter 0-400/800 Amp digital type per existing size complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of indicator lamp for RYB phases complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of LT panel boards out door/in door of size above 8.00 Sqmm floor/leg mounted installed at different locations including preparation of exposed surface by removing old paint from the body, cleaning the surface with thinner and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled smoke grey paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT underground cables of following sizes, 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-7098, Part-II marked, laid in trenches/ duct/ under road/ footpath/ etc or against re-routing / diversion from residential buildings/ road/ footpath etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable (damaged/broken) PCC electric pole of any type and size, from ground after necessary excavation & breaking of concrete foundation & encasing the pole including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of painted surface of LT Panel of any size for fixing of FLOURCENT REFELCTIVE LETTERING as follows of approved colours all as specified and directed . (a) Re-write the details (as given by the Engr In Charge) of Incoming & outgoing circuits (not more than-8 Nos), on the LT panels in capital letters of size not less than 30 mm width and 40 mm height and works not exceeding 80 letters per panel. (b) "LT PANEL" should be re-write on both front and back side of the LT Panel size not less than 50 mm width and 60 mm height.

Supplying and fixing in replacement of factory made and tested, Bus bar chamber, outdoor pedestal type, suitable for LT 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system, having duly insulated four Nos aluminum bus bars (having Multiple holes), of rating 600 Amps , installed on epoxy / SMC type insulator The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-65 Protection class and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x5mm thick angle iron base frame work, suitable for connection of multiple LT cables of diff size, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, both side opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement of minimum size 50 cm x 50cm x 45 cm ( box size excluding legs) and mounted on angle iron pedstal 45 cms above groungd level all as specified including taking out old feeder pillar and taking out LT cable from loop for connecting in new panel and necessary excavation etc incl necessary Brick work for foundation as directed.

Supply and fixing in the existing LT panel, OFF load change over switch in replacement of capacity 400 Amps, four pole, 415 volts, AC, 50 Hz alongwith connected of existing cables complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in the existing LT panel, OFF load change over switch in replacement of capacity 250 Amps, four pole, 415 volts, AC, 50 Hz alongwith connected of existing cables complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for sprading of stone aggregate of size 25 mm surounding area of outdoor LT Panel manually without damaging any equipments, cable or parts , spreading & levelling of finished gravel uniformaly in layers n. ecc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface all as specified and directed

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
