Fabrication of 33 KV cable exposure type double pole with the provission of separate bus bar for each cable with fixing of necesory clamps and other acessories like danger board, barbed wire, 9 no. pin insulators with pins,2 no. channels 125x65 mm (1600mm each),1 no.MS channel 100x50mm (3200mm in length) and 2 no.MS angle 65x65x6 mm (each 3200mm in length ) for supporting the hoisting of cable & poles.its jumpering by single core PVC aluminium cable with proper size of lug. (all material to be arranged by contractor except steel pin insulator, GI Pin, PVC Cable & ST pole) as per RESPO norms.

Digging of Pit in kachcha/Pakka land in depth upto 1/6 length of Pole, Dragging of STP from near by place/Dump, Erection of Single pole along . with proper alignment of line for 33 KV line on 11 M long ST Pole and refilling with ramming of earth.

Grouting of pole in depth of 1/6 the length of pole in ratio 1:4:8 in cement sand and brick balast and Construction of pole plinth 300mm x 45mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone gritt as per RESPO norms.

Painting of ST pole with one coat of red oxide & two coats of best quality enamel paint ISI mark as per RESPO norms.

Laying of 33 KV XLPE Cable. D/C Cable laying in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide including supply of required material as fine sand, 1st class bricks, stone slab. Inter axial spacing between the two cable should be in between 0.25 m to 0.40m. the two cables should be seprated by a partition of single bricks (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 KV XLPE cable)

Dismantelling and rerolling of temporary laid 33 kv 3x300sqmm XLPE cable

Hoisting of 33KV XLPE cable on double pole with GI pipe of size 150 dia 3 M long including its jumpering complete with clamps, nuts and bolts(all material arranged by contractor).

High Pressure testing of 33 KV 3X300 Sq. mm. XLPE cable. Testing equipment will be arranged by the contractor.

Fixing of earth rod as per norms,for earthing of support.( Earth rod providing by deptt.)

Providing, Fixing & grouting of stone cable route marker on cable route. Dipiching feeder name & voltage.

Digging of pit of size 3x2x1 mtr. for making straight through joint 33 KV work included filling of soil leveling and ramming of the same .( S/Th Provided by department)

Construction of Cable carry Supports with foundation and plinth suitable for hinging 2 no. parallel 6" dia MS Pipe with support of angel/channel along one side of bridge for crossing of aprox 50 Mtr wide Nala as per requirement . (All required material provided by contractor )

Dismantelling of Existing/already laid 33 KV XLPE Scrap cable in pieces and carriage to JE dump store/ Daliganj LESA store lucknow.

Painting of feeder name on double pole as per instruction of site engineer.
