(a) cleaning of new rendered surfaces properly and drying the surfaces. (b) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.30 Kg / Sqm (c) Laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane with 100 mm over laps sealed and bounded to the surfaces by 'torchon' method. (d) Applying two coats of bitiminous aluminium paint @ 200 Gram / Sq M (minimum) in two coats .Make: incorporated : HYPERPLAS POLYSTER OF IWL (INDIA) LTD or equivalent in Pidilite industrries Ltd /STP Ltd all as specified and as manufacturer instruction complete. as per manufacturers instruction.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions ,arcches , pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class B modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick ( below or above ground level ) complete including removal of debries out side MD land all as specified and as directed .

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface ,first coat 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) second coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound all as per Manufacturer instructions, finished fair and even without using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed . Note : Quoted rate shall be inclusive for necessary scaffolding upto 10m height

M & L for taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with PD Proof 101 LW (+) of Dr fixit or equivalant integral water proofing admixture @ 200ml/bag over two coats of super latex 302 of Dr fixit or equivalant in the ratio (1:4:7) , ( one part super latex, 4 part water and 7 parts of cement) @ 1.50kg of homogenious mixture/sqm in two coats and finish the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) for external wall complete all as specificed and directed. Note :- (a) PD Proof and super latex to be measured and paid separately. (b) Quoted rate shall be inclusive for necessary scaffolding upto 10m height

M&L for preparing of newly surface and apllied two coats of exterior emulsion paint (Apex or weather coat) , white or tinted over and including a coat of primer over prepared surface with wall putty including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .Note : Putty shall be measured and paid separately. Note : Quoted rate shall be inclusive for necessary scaffolding upto 10m height

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment from wall/chajja including facia, cornices, pillar etc and applying two coat of wall care putty (each coat 1mm thick ) over the prepared surface to achieve the surface even and smooth for painting.and applying two coats of 100% Premium arcylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance , dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted ) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated surface of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white/coloured over a coat of birla wall care based putty (wherever required) all as specified and directed . Note:- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately
