REPAIR AND PAINTING TO STEEL FURNITURE AND REPAIR OF CHARPOY GI PIPE AND BED HARD AT RANCHI UNDER GE RANCHI

Dismantling & re-assembling/tightening of all members/parts of charpoy G.I. Pipe carefully including removing of any type newar / nylon newar/plywood from charpoy and segregate the serviceable and unserviceable parts and stacking of serviceable parts complete as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. FD-220.

Supply and fixing new long rail of G.I tubing 32mm bore medium grade duly threaded both ends all as specified and shown on drg as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:-Jindal/TATA/Prakash(Surya)/ Bansal. FD-220.

Labour only short rails as made out from the unservi-ceable long rail parts under item No. 2.00 above including cutting and threading at the both ends and fixed in position complete all as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. FD-220.

Labour only leg as made out from the unserviceable short rail under item No 3.00 above including cutting and threading at one end and fixed in position complete as per drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge. FD-220.

Supply and fixing only G.I elbow three way of size 32mm bore ISI mark in replacement of unserviceable elbow of Charpoy G.I Pipe (FD-220).

Supply and fixing only G.I check nut of size 6mm thick 32mm bore ISI mark in replacement of unserviceable check nut of Charpoy G.I Pipe. FD-220.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable wooden blocks/ MS Sheet/cleat with new one made of 2nd class hard wood to legs of charpoy G.I Pipe all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. FD-220.

Supply and fixing the ply wood 12mm thick BWR Gde, AA Type as per IS:303 on top, suitable for G.I Charpoy as shown in drg of approximate size of 1980x900mm with mild steel galvanised iron nuts and bolts of size 70mmx6mm with G.I Washer. (Nos of nuts and bolts to be used is 11 Nos) including one stiffener of length 825mm approx made out of G.I tubing 20mm bore medium grade will be welded under the Plywood top as approved by Engr-in-Charge. (Make of plywood :- Archidply/ Centuryply/Greenply and Make of G.I Pipe:- Jindal/TATA/Prakash(Surya)/Bansal. FD-220.

Removing the unserviceable plywood of Charpoy G.I Pie with plywood top and supply and fixing in replacement of plywood only of size 1980x900mmx12mm thick BWR Gde, AA Type with old plywood of charpoy G.I as per IS:303 all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make of plywood :- Archidply/ Centuryply/Greenply. FD-220.

Supply and fixing by iron welding in replacement of existing unserviceable legs of almirah large steel with new legs made of 0.9mm thick M.S/CRCA sheet of make:- TATA/JINDAL/SAIL duly spray painted with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer. FD-1031 & FD-1033 & FD/E6/MAP/18.

Supply and fixing by in replacement of existing unserviceable lock of Almirah large steel with new MS lock 4 lever of approved best quality with duplicate key for almirah Large/ medium steel all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make of Lock:- Lico/Reena). FD-1031 & FD-1033 & FD/E6/MAP/18.

Description all as per item No 11 here-in-before but handle mild steel CP 125mm long S Type as per sample kept in Furniture yard for almirah large steel all as directed and shown on drg. FD-1031 & FD-1033 & FD/E6/MAP/18.

Supply and fixing in replacement of xisting unserviceable shelf of almirah large steel, made of M.S/CRCA sheet of make:- TATA/JINDAL/SAIL of 0.9mm thick bend to shape and size as shown on drg. FD-1031 & FD-1033 & FD/E6/MAP/18.

Supply and fixing in replacement of existing unserviceable locking device with new locking device and cover of device as per existing for almirah large steel including re-fixing of disconnect doors with stay hook/revetting all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. FD-1031 & FD-1033.

Description all as per Srl. Item No. 14 here-in-before but almirah large Steel. FD/E6/MAP/18.

Supply and fixing in replacement of existing unserviceable door shutter of almirah large steel, made of M.S/CRCA sheet of make:- TATA/JINDAL/SAIL of 0.9mm thick bend to shape and size as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge. FD-1031 & FD-1033.

Description all as per Srl. Item No. 16 here-in-before but almirah large Steel. FD/E6/MAP/18.

Spray painting to Almirah Large Steel with synthetic enamel mettalic spray paint internaly and externaly portion, after removing of rusted/damage paint with paint remover and providing putty after removing denting and making good of bends surfaces if any and refixing of loose shelves with MS stay hook/revetting as required or welding, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. FD-1031 & FD-1033 & FD/E6/MAP/18.

Supply and fixing with electric welding in replacement of existing unserviceable legs of almirah Small steel with new legs made of 0.9mm thick M.S/CRCA sheet of make:- TATA/JINDAL/SAIL duly spray painted with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer. FD-1032 & FD-1034

Spray painting to Rack adjustable 06 Tier with synthetic enamel mettalic spray paint internaly and externaly portion, after removing of rusted/damage paint with paint remover and providing putty after removing denting and making good of bends surfaces if any and refixing of loose shelves with MS stay hook/revetting as required or welding, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
