REPAIRS TO CERTAIN MISC WORKS TO SUB STATION AT NAD TROMBAY, INS TANAJI AND NAVAL STATION THANE UNDER GE (NW) MANKHURD

M & L Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using CM 1:6, finished the surface even and smooth with sagol finish including all necessary scaffolding as required incl taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water all as specified and as directed.

M & L Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces using CM 1:3, finished the surface even and smooth in ceiling including all necessary scaffolding as required incl taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster in two layers (12 + 8 mm) on the wall surfaces, top layer of 8 mm mixed with liquid water proofing compound in the proportion as per manufacturer’s instructions and including finishing the surfaces of the top layer even and smooth, including scaffolding as required complete all as specified and directed, Make : Easy plast from M/s wall plast or chemplast or Readiplast from ultratech. Notes : (i) The thickness of plaster specified above is the minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for provision of dubbing of the surfaces with the ready mix plaster and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. (ii) WPC shall be paid for separately.

Supply only water proofing compound

Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete incl plastering (total thickness upto 60mm ) from RCC surfaces of columns, beams,Chajas, soffits of slabs etc by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Hard concrete shall not be removed by force. (upto 12.0m height of bldg or 5 storey bldg)

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hour between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area covered between the end to end reinforcement bars (i.e., concrete area excluding all side covers) will be measured.]

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area covered between the end to end reinforcement bars (i.e., concrete area excluding all side covers) will be measured.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith-PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, upto 20mm thickness while the bonding agent is still tacking, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed. (upto 12.0m height of bldg or 5 storey bldg)

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith-PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit while the bonding agent is still tacking, exceeding 20mm thickness and not exceeding 40mm thickness in two layers, each layer not exceeding 20mm, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed. (upto 12.0m height of bldg or 5 storey bldg)
