Checking of joinery (wooden/steel) iron/aluminium mongery, aluminium window, pelmet box, door springs etc requiring carpentry work and carrying out minor repairs such as tightening of screws/nails, minor ajustment of joinery, door etc. including petty repairs material like screws/nails, plug, aluminium sliding window locking arrangement etc. to make it functional complete all as specified and directed. Note : Any items required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items.

Cleaning of sewage line, cleaning of manholes, gully traps etc requiring masonry work and carrying out minor repairs such as edges of manholes/drains cover, minor repair of sewage pipe line etc, including petty repairs material like sand, cement & aggregate to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Any items required to be replaced or major repair shall be repair under be paid respective items.

Checking and attending to water leakage from taps, flushing cisterns, wash hand basins and other sanitary fittings / fixtrues and any obstruction to water supply, requiring plumber work and carryout minor repairs such as replacement of washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings of flushing cistern etc including petty materials like washers of all sizes, thread (shoot), M-Seal screws, nails to make water supply / plumbing lines functional and leak proof complete all as specified and directed. Note : Any items required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoines arches,pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding not backing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as, copings, benching and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

5 mm thick rendering on ceiling in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

10 mm thick rendering as backing coat to receive the tiles on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement :1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern incl scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.5 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts, dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damages to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 square metre not exceeding 2 square metre each complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube and fixed in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC Moulded door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Note : 1. Contractor shall be bounded to carryout repair/maint upto G+6 storey building and the rate shall be deemed including scafolding/double scafolding, safety equipments and misc accessories. (a) Contractors representative /Engineer will report to Engr-in-Charge/ concerned JE daily in morning to collect complaint for routine/urgent works related to day to day maint till completion of contract. (b) All routine day to day/urgent jobs received on docket slip shall be attended within 24 hrs. If the nature of job is such that which can not be completed within 24 hrs, it shall be immediately brought in to the notice of Engr-in-Charge. (c) The period for working to the such complaints shall be decided by GE/Engr-in-Charge. If delay is more than 24 hrs and GE/ Engr-in-Charge is not satisfied with reason for delay in working then the penalty of Rs. 350/- per complaint shall be recovered from the Contractor. (d) In case of any dispute arising from above, the decision GE shall be final and binding.
