Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggreagate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Cement sand Plastering in 1:6 mix 20mm thick

Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0. 901itre/1 Osqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0. 801itre/1 Osqm of approved brand and manufacturer

Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0. 901itre/1 Osqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0. 751itre/1 Osqm of approved brand and manufacture

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed)having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, two or more coats on new work of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer’s specifications
