Earth work excavation foundation in all soil and sub soils except hard rock and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated layers of not more than 12cm red and consolidated.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 for foundation using 40mm gauge hard broken blue metal jelly including curing etc. complete.

Filling the basement by gravel sand with proper watering compacted and consolidated etc. complete

Flooring concrete with C.C 1:4:8 using 40mm hard broken blue metal stone jelly well grained Floor finishing with good quality of Cement

Floor finishing with good quality of Cement including all cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges etc, complete.

Brick work in Cm 1:5 for superstru- ture using brick including necessary scaffolding and curing etc.complete

C.C. 1:2:4 using 20mm gauge hard broken blue metal stone jelly for Basebelt, lintel and roof slab

Supplying MS rods for basebelt, lintel and roof slab including cost of binding wire etc.

Plastering the ceiling with cm1:3 for 20mm thick and white washed the ceiling
