Material and labour for jointfree coloured, non- skid jointfree,edgecut, ceramic tiles,1st quality premium, 7 to 8 mm thick ,square/ rectangular, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for joint free glazed designer ceramic coloured tiles joint free,straight cut, Ist quality premium, 7 to 8 mm thick ,of size 450mmx300mm with and including highlighter tiles, on vertical surface as in skirting/dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick / concrete walls complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for item No 24 to 26 :- (i) The rates includes for all straight cutting and waste including raking or circular cutting. (ii) All corners in tiling should be properly metred jointed to give monolithic uniform apprearance. (iii) The rates for tiling includes for laying to any pattern with one or more colour as directed. (iv) If tiles of different sizes are used then no price adjustment shall be made.

Note:- (i) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor' risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. The contractor's quoted rates for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

Taking down ceiling/ wall mounted/exhaust fan any type, sweep, make from any location and refixing back at desired location after overhauling /servicing/ greasing with & including replacement of unserviceable minor parts such as fan hook, fan rod, nuts,bolts,washers etc, rubber reel and split pin etc and spray painting with one coat of white synthetic enamel paint & writing MES No with black paint including making necessary connections to make it functional with PVC flexible wire 3 core copper conductor 0.5 Sqmm upto connection/ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening and dismantling of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, cutting and taking out old burnt/ damaged winding/ material by any means and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge, weight etc including all insulating material, varnishing and drying, cleaning fan , greasing, oiling and reassembling with new spare parts and making connetion with twisted copper flexible wire 23/0.0076mm, 0.50 mtr long to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed.
