   Bulk quantity order will be placed only on tenderers with satisfactory past performance for Flap Doors or Wagon Doors for any type of wagons as per Para 2.6 of GCC. The firm may read the Para 2.6 of GCC for full details.

   If you have been placed any purchase order for more than 20% of tendered quantity) after 01/04/2023 for any type of Flap door or Wagon door by any zonal Railway/PSU/PU/Wagon Builders , please enclose the copy of such P.O and execution document like R.Notes/Inspection Certificate/Receipted challan /other receipt documents to verify. Also attach a declaration in this regard with summery sheet stating the quantity you have actually supplied against the such Purchase orders in format as per Annexure-2 of GCC.

   If your performance is below 20% of tendered quantity against a single P.O., please enclose for proof of supply to other Railways/Production Units/PSUs/Wagon Builders. Copy of Purchase Orders and copy of execution documents like R.Notes/Inspection Certificate/Receipted challan /other receipt documents to verify . Also attach a summery sheet showing year wise quantity of air brake hose coupling support or Similar item supplied by you in format as per Annexure-2 of GCC.

   The procurement of the item is restricted to Class I local suppliers only and the vendors who do not qualify to be Class I local suppliers should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I local supplier for the tendered item and participates in the tender it does so at their own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor. Requirement of a vendor to be a Class-I local supplier for the this item, shall be a mandatory condition in addition to other qualifying eligibility criteria/conditions.
