Cement concrete in 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including all Cost and conveyance of labour charges etc.,Complete.,

Brick work in C.M 1:5 mix using country bricks incuding cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Supplying and errecting centering are strutting including necessary supports for place surface for RCC columns footing pedestal beam criticals pears etc.,using mild steel angles of sizes 90 x 90 x 10 cm gauge stifness welded mild steel of sizes 25 x 25 x 3 cm for boarding laying over silver oak joists of single 10cm - 6.5cm space of 75cm ceter to center

Supplying and Fabrication of steel for RCC works including all cost of cutting bending and tying of steels and kept ready for concrete in position etc.,

R C C 1:11/2:3 mix usinig 20mm ISS HBG metal including all cost and conveyance of labour charges etc., Complete.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Plastering with CM 1:5 mix 12mm thick including all cost and conveyance of labour charges etc., complete.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering M.Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing 50mm thick and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat of over cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification.

Granolithic flooring with CC 1;2:4 mix using 10mm -12mm ISS chips to 25 mm thick HBG metal including all cost and conveyance of labour charges etc.,

Supply of door of size of 0.90 x 2.10 including all cost and conveyance etc.,

Supply of Window of size of 1.2 x 1.30 including all cost and conveyance etc.,

Distembering using two coats of Distember from aÁoved company including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 sqm(Inner)

Painting two coats Emulsion paint over cement plastered wall including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Painting with approved colour including all cost and conveyance of labour charges etc.,
