Locker Bed Side Steel: :-All as shown and specified on drawings:-FD-257

Repair to locker including denting , bending,replacement of following new parts and repainting of locker with synthetic enameled paint of OG/Gray(as per existing colour) after preparation of surfaces by clearning /smoothening with sand paper and applying putty/primer where necessary . All as specified and shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. New parts as mentioned below shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply of hasp and staple 75mm long as per drawing

Supply of MS steel CP coated handles 100mm long as per drawing

Repair of chair revolving /Chair cushioned seat and back of different makes :-

Replacement unserviceable broken wheels as of chairs revolving and when required as directed Engr-in-Charge

Replacement of unserviceable hydraulic piston assembly with new hydraulic piston assembly of chairs revolving godrej pattern required as directed Engr-in-Charge

(a) Taking out existing unserviceable plastic Newar from the GI Pipe charpoy. (b) Supply & Fixing of 02 Nos of flat iron size 40mm x 6mm thick of length equal to width of plywood/GI Charpoy bending the flat iron to the shape required to fix it tightly to GI pipe with nut, bolt and washers of size 62-65mm and dia 6mm including necessary drilling into GI pipe and welding the top portion of flat iron all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Drilling holes 2 Nos each in long rails and 02 Nos of each short rails and 02 Nos at centre of plywood. (d) Supply & fixing 12mm thick plywood commercial type of size 1980 x 900mm fixed to GI pipe frame with GI nut bolts 6mm dia 62 to 65mm long . Make of plywood : Greenply/Century/Bhutan board /Durian (e) Material & labour for two coats of black paint over one coat of primer on flat iron 40mm x 6mm including preparation of surface all as shown and specified on drawings:-FD-220

Taking out Existing broken plywood from the charpoy GI pipe by loosening the nut bolts with washers, tighten each part of harpoy, supply and fixing 12mm thick MR grade plywood commercial of size 1980 x 900mm fixed to GI pipe frame with new GI Nut, bolts 6mm dia 62mm to 65mm long including two coats of synthetic enamel black paint of superior quality to the exisitng flat iron strips (02 Nos of size 40 x 6mm for each charpoy) all as shown and specified on drawings:-FD-220 Make of plywood : Greenply/Century/Bhutan board /Durian

Taking down unserviceable broken long rails of charpoys GI Pipe and supply & fixing rail of Charpoy made out of GI Pipe 32mm bore medium grade ISI marked and approved by Engr-in-Charge including threading complete all as specified and shown on drawing Make of pipe all as shown and specified on drawings:-FD-220 Make of Gi pipe: Jindal/Tata/BST.

Taking down unserviceable broken short rails of charpoys GI pipe and fixing the short rail (Short rail shall be made from long rail obtained from serial item 12.00 here-in-before) including threading complete all as shown and specified on drawings:-FD-220

Taking down unserviceable legs of Charpoy GI Pipe and fixing legs in charpoy (Legs shall be made from Short rail obtained from serial item 13.00 here-in-before) including threading. The bottom of legs shall be provided with and including cap (Plug) complete all as shown and specified on drawings:-FD-220

Taking out unserviceable elbow 3 way 32mm bore from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixng new elbow 3 way 32mm bore ISI marked as approved by Engineer-in-Charge all as shown and specified on drawings:-FD-220

Taking out unserviceable broken check nuts from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing new check nut suitable for charpoy GI Pipe of 32mm bore as approved by Engineer-in-Charge all as shown and specified on drawings:-FD-220

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.

Note: (1) The repair has to carried out as and when required basis and accordingly site/furniture will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Enginer-in-Charge in the Air Force station/Kaluchak area
