1) Maintenance and repairing of E.I. and fans in residential area east campus i/c street lighting and operation of 03 Nos. lifts and D.G. Set in Himadri Hostel by providing following staff :- (a) 01 No. Foreman. (b) 16 Nos. Mechanic/ Electrician/ Lift Operator (c) 01 No. Gitti Mam (d) 13 Nos. Helper Scope of work includes: 1. Repair and Maintenance of Electrical Installations 2. Repair and Maintenance of Ceiling fans, Exhaust fans and Pedestal Fans. 3. Repair and Maintenance of Street lights / Security lights / Compound Lights. 4. Repair and Maintenance of Gyser and Main Board. 5. Tools and Tacleles shall be provided by the contractor to the staff engaged for the work. 6. Stationery required for submitting daily / weekly/ monthly/ yearly report shall be provided by the contractor. 7. All measuring instruments to note down the readings wherever measuring meters are not installed, shall be provided by the contractor. 8. Any other work assigned by AE / EE. (1 Job means to carry out above work by deputing above specified staff for one month (26 /27 days)
