Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (Below or above ground level) un-reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cemnet concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work in cement mortar incl all quions, arches, pillers etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L brick work with sub class b bricks strait or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L 15 mm rendering in CM 1:4 on on other than fair faces of brickwork or concrete surafaces.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as per manufacturer instruction.

Demolition of RCC of any description and any position not othervise provided for

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M/L mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required and binding with ms wire anealed not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as spacified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

S/F MS steel post struts fencing post including cutting top to shape,drilling holes notching for wire etc including all necessary drilling bolting andd similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on newly untreated surfaces of steel over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described

M &L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of black bituminious paint exceeding 10cm in width or girth all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on old steel surfaces of steel over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on newly untreated surfaces of steel not exceeding 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described.

S&F in repair galvanized two stranded steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia berb at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each line wire to be measured.

Fixing only, galvanized two stranded steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia berb at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate sent in CM (1:6) as in coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness (except ceramic tiles) in floors, aprons etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M/L for Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick for laying floors finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M/L for pre polished Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmX30cmX25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 MM thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in floors complete all as specified and as directed.
