Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for laying of cables and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 10 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brick protection using old size sub class ‘B’ new bricks, laid flat dry but jointed, laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using any technique / necessary machine / boring system etc for passing the pipe line upto 100 mm bore dia.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, (heavy duty) electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core including connecting with lugs of suitable size and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note Excavation, returning, filing, sand, bricks, pipe, will be measured and paid separately).

Supply and fixing thermo plastic cable terminal box of size 167x125x82mm including terminals with locking arrangments including necessary mounting arrangement of any steel tubular /RCC poles with suitable size of clamps nuts bolts washer etc. fixed with poles including one single pole MCB of capacity 6-32A and PVC connector for cable termination Make HENSAL including removal of old unserviceable plastic cable terminal box all as directed all as directed

supply & fix wheather proof flat 3 core copper conductor cable of size 10 Sqmm.

Supply & fixing rigid steel conduit of size 20 mm on poles for cable protection.

Supply & fix GI pipe light grade 40mm bore laid in trenches or fixed on pole/wall with fixing arrangement or cable protection or fixing post top lamp etc including taking up old unserviceable GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. all as directed .

Supply & fix GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore laid in trenches or fixed on pole/wall with fixing arrangement or cable protection or fixing post top lamp etc including taking up old unserviceable GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. all as directed .

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 25mm x 4mm in and including GI pipe 50mm bore light grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate up to the test point) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around including top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber of size 300x300x300mm(top of chamber minimum 15 cm above the normal ground level (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate of 25mm thick with 2 nos MS handles of 12mm dia including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock and as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep connected with and including GI lead 4 mm dia upto 7.5 mtr long in 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade by means of nuts, bolts, washers and necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber and RCC cover and watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade with funnel, earth test point terminal, etc. complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking down of ACSR conductor of any size & capacity by opening the binding wire from poles and removing from the site(s) complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling insulators of any type and any size from LT poles and keeping serviceable insulators in safe custody for re-use at site and removing unserviceable insulators from the site(s) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc, complete and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for re- use and removing unserviceable materials from the site(s), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stay assembly complete including bolts, nuts & washers etc. of any description any size and removing from the site(s) complete all as specified and as directed.
