Installation and shifting of H.T. pump-motor set either on pontoon or on surface as per site requirement including pumping operation in all the shifts of H.T. pumps at different locations in quarries for mine dewatering of MKP

Pumping operation of H.T. pumps installed at different pumping stations in mine for dewatering of Manikpur OCP for 365 days in all the three shifts for total 04 pumping locations. Description of work at pump station by pump operator in all three shifts. 1) Operating of sluice valve like opening / closing of valve at the time of start / stop or on power failure. 2) Regular checking of pontoon for leakage and dewater the leakage water if any. 3) Checking of the condition of bearing (DE and NDE). 4) Checking of gland packing. 5) Cleaning of muck / slurry near foot valve for proper pumping operation. 6) Release of air from pumps. 7) Assist priming of pump i.e. filling of water manually to start the pump. 8) Monitoring pump working in shifts as per the instruction of work incharge. 9) Taking care of cable, starter etc. in shift as per the instruction of work incharge. 10) Assist fitter for any minor work in pump in case of emergency. (Tools and Tackles will be provided by the contractor as per pumping requirement)

Transportation of pontoon sets (main, supporting and loose) from E&M workshop / quarry to proposed site and installation of pontoon set with nuts & bolts and placement of pontoon in sump with the help of departmental truck & crane on as and when required basis for 365 days. (M. S. Nut & Bolt size 5/8" x 2.5" / 3" with washer will be provided by contractor to fix pontoon set)

Transportation and installation of pump-motor set either on pontoon or on surface as per site requirement including fitting of suction pipe, foot valve, non return valve, hose pipe, bends etc. with the help of departmental truck and crane on as and when required basis for 365 days. (Note: Required M.S. nuts and bolts of size 5/8" x 2.5" / 3" with washer will be provided by the contractor)

Shifting of H.T. pump-motor set installed either on pontoon or on surface with all electrical accessories in quarry of Manikpur OCP on as and when required basis for 365 days. (Note: Supply of resources like M.S. nuts and bolts of size 5/8" x 2.5" with washer, M.S. welding electrodes to weld flanges, welding machine with all electrical safety devices will be provided by the contractor. Fabrication of bends, nipples, elbows etc., cutting of rubber packing required for the shifting of pumps as per instruction of work incharge will be done by the contractor.
