Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1cement : 4fine sand)

Providing, hoisting and fixing up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement, with 1:2:4 (1cement : 2coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Supplying and stacking good quality moorum at work site with all lead and royalty, all complete.

Spreading moorum/sand/ stone dust etc. in layers not exceeding 150mm in thickness, levelling to required gradient and camber, watering and consolidation of each layer with power roller 80/100 KN capacity (Payment to be made for compacted volume of the moorum/sand)

Providing and filling in position bitumen mix filler of Proportion 80 kg of hot bitumen, 1 kg. of cement and 0.25 cubicmetre of coarse sand for expansion joints.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Brick work with Fly Ash Brick (230x125x75 mm size) bricks of class designation 10 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1cement: 6fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture
