Taking up CI/GI water main pipe any type including all fittings from trenches etc and removal from site of 150 mm bore all as directed and specified. Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying, laying, connecting and testing, 150 mm bore ductile iron pipe class K-9, socket and spigot ends (push on joints) suitable for and including rubber gasket joint in standard working length conforming to IS-8329 laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F Ductile iron/cast iron fittings such as bends (any type radius and angle) tapers of any type, straight, bend, increasing, decreasing, or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, Y junction, double branch cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs etc for up to 250 mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc.1.5m wide and not exc.1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes, laying /removing of pipe etc. not exceeding 10Sqm on plan and not exc.1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for making cutting / demolition on existing road/hardstanding/footpath for laying of pipe and and making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate to match with the adjustant surface complete all as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing excavated material (soil) up to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed

Supply and fix structural mild steel joist channel, angle or tee section including cutting, drilling, fabrication etc to required length as in staging for water tank ( upto 15 m height) and connected works conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-250) quality-A including welding or screwing with nuts, bolt and washers and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc primer complete all as all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix 150 mm bore Sluice valve with flanged ends as per IS-14846 PN-1.6 , heavy duty including brass spindle and wheel with nut bolts and jointing material i.e. rubber gasket and taking down old one complete all as specified and directed . Make : Kirloskar/Leader/Zoloto/Audco/ UPADAYAY

Supply and fix 150 mm bore non return valve with DI double flanged type, heavy duty, with nut bolts and jointing material i.e. rubber gasket and taking down old one complete all as specified and directed . Make : Kirloskar/Leader/Zoloto/Audco/ UPADAYAY

Supply and fix cast iron air valves with two air outlets, 50 mm dia bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply main of size 150mm dia complete with nut bolts and jointing material i.e. rubber gasket and taking down old one complete all as specified and directed . M&L for construction of block masonry valve pit of size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm (Internal dimension) with PCC 1:3:6 foundation 150mm thick, PCC solid block 20cm thick built in type C1 (PCC 1:3:6) set in CM 1:6, PCC 1:3:6 coping 50 mm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces including excavation earth work in any type of soil, MS sheet cover 3mm thick fixed with angel iron frame 50x50x6mm with locking arrangement embedded in PCC and painting ot MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete including dismantling old unserviceable one and all as specified and directed.
