Installation & Comissioning 20'x10'x8'6" Porta Cabin having main 1 door,2 sliding window 3'x3' , 1 louvers size 1' x 1', 1 Exhaust fan, 1 Taps, with drain: connection 2LED light inside & One outside door, 1.5 mm vinyl for wall & flooring as per size. Rate All inclusive of Transportation, Loading, Unloading at site & Location, (separate sheet attched with details in TENDER document)

RCC M20:Reinforced cement concrete of specific grade grade using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including consolidation with vibrator & needle of required capacity finishing Curing,exlcuding form work, shuttering and steel reinforcement etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-inCharge. In slabs, chaijas, canopies, columns, shelves window sills staircases walls beams intels bed blocks etc.

BRICK WORK Brick work at all floor level with cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous and as directed by engineer in charge. In foundation & plinth drain walls chambers & superstructure of all floor levels.

WATER PROOF PLASTER:Providing and laying water proof cement plaster 20mm in two coat backing coat of 12mm thick in CM 1:3 and second coat 8mm thick in CM 1:3 finish including supplying and adding water proofing compound weight of cement at all floor levels for repair to chambers, manholes, water retaining structures, depressions in bath/WCS etc. in quantities as required at site including scaffolding, curing layer will be allowed to air cure for 4hours followed with water curing for 48 hours, hacking of concrete surface etc. complete all as directed by engineer-incharge (to maintain bone dry condition underneath for 10 yrs) The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipe sand masonry with polymer mixed slurry. (Rates also includes disposing/taking away the debris outside the premises of ACTREC and disposing as per the statutory guidelines)

SOLING 225mm thick :Providing & laying rubble stone soling using spotless stones below floors roads/pavements etc. mechanically / manually consolidated thickness as specified below with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum & sprinkling water for proper consolidating and finishing to required levels in quantities as and when required etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm max. size aggregate.Plain cement concrete using graced stone aggregate of 20mm / 40mm max. size including consolidation using vibrator & needle if required finishing, curing, form work shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specification and in quantity as & when required by the Engineer-in-Charge,

REINFORCEMENT: Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete at all floors and levels including supplying cutting bending fixing and binding in position with 1.6mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (laps will not be measured). With high yield strength deformed bars (TMT bars) & MS round bars

FORM WORK Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: removal of form for: Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts
