Demolition brickwork or stone work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches , pillers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish off the MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks ( old size) straight or curved in plan exc 6 m mean radius , built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Do as per above item No. 3 but except brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 ( using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster or stone / brick wall, ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work /concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggragate as in as sub base of interlocking/chequred tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors including watering & consolidation concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured(Red/Yellow) paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade concrete with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-Colour approved by Engr-in-charge)
