Cleaning of sewage pipe line of any dia and depth by rodding or water pressure and cleaning of sewage line from manhole to manhole complete by mechanically or manually complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of man hole upto 1.5m deep and taking out sludge, night soil, mud, silt and other foreign material to any form by any means and removing the same outside MD land to a distance exc 10 KM away complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning, de-sludging and emptying of existing septic tanks by mechanically or manual including taking out aludge and other foreign material and removing the same to outside MD land to a distance exc 10 KM away all as directed

Dewatering of sludge water from septic tank , Soak wells, manholes etc including loose liquid meet ash grease, and fiber & vegetations etc. By means of mechanical power transport or by manually with suitable buckets etc, under faul conditions and removal of sludge / debris exc. 500m & not exc 1KM and buried under ground complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning or blocked trap in Kitchen/bathroom/ WHB/ Sink/Urinal etc by rodding or manually effected upto 1st manhole including kept work site clean and tidy all as directed

Notes for ser item 1.00 to 5.00 :- 1. Rate also includes for necesary tools and plants which is required for execution of item i.e cleaning rod, buckets, bamboos sticks, Kashi etc. 2. Safaiwala alongwith necessary tools will be required to report to complaint cell to collect the machine numbered complaint slip from concrened JE on normal working hours from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs on all working days but on demand for Sundays, Holidays, additional working hours also, contractor shall provide the same to meet the requirements. As per numbers of sufficient complaints additional Sweeper/Helper shall also be provided by the contractor but no claim on this account shall be admissible as the payment is to be made per complaint.

3. After handover the complaint to safaiwala/contractor rep, in case of absence of the Safaiwala with tools at Complaint Cell on any working day or on the particular day for which demanded, and failed to complete the complaint with in 24 hours a penalty of Rs 500/- per complaint shall be effected from the dues of the Contractor . 4. Necessary complaint register and printed complaint slip as per specimen given by the Engineer-in-Charge shall also be arranged/provided by Contractor. On receipt of complaint, concerned JE fill the slip and handover it to Contractor/Contractor Rep who will re-submit it to JE after attending complaint duly signed by Rep of user with satisfactory completion the compalint by user to keep it in safe custory for payment purpose.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50m wide and not exc 1.50m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filing in including, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ as in coping /benching including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 40mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregated),as in surface channels & drains all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, finished the surface even & smooth using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred stopped ends complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforced cut as required to facilitate to demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specified and directed

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregated) as in cover slab for manholes septic tank etc (set in cement mortar 1:4) all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforment shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F for providing 10 mm dia TMT bar and over cut to length, bent to shape required, cranking and binding with mild steel (annealed) wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed

All same as per item srl No 15.00 above but 8mm dia as in stirrups and spacers/binder

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) bed to drain pipe 100mm dia including packing under and haunching against the pipe after they are laid including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

M & L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for pillars, boundary pillars and post complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking bending for securing weld mesh in fencing conforming Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type 100x100mm mesh incl provn of binding wire straining bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : Chain link fencing supplied under item No 47.00 shall be fixed.

S&F mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs for mild steel works as in hook and pintle hinges and similar small article confirming to Fe 290 Gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L 40mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) laid in panels as in flooring, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement with glass dividing strip complete all as specified. Note : Glass dividing strip shall be measured and paid seperately.

M& L Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick,set, jointed and pointed with grey cement and pigment in neat cement slurry in floors laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Glass dividing strips of width 38 mm , 3mm thick and inserted in position to conform to design complete all as specified and directed

M&L 75mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6(40mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work as in Plinth protection, surface finished even & fair complete all as specifieda and directed and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surface of any discription over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strainging bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured).

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc of existing Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strainging bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured)

Removal of building material rubbish to a distance exc 1.50Km including loading unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed

S&F for Dholpur stone 16 to 18 mm thick cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size not exceeding 0.25 sqm fixed over and including 5 to 6 mm thick layer of adhesive of chemical all edges at front face of each slab chamered to provid V group ( appx 5 mm deep) at facing side of wall/ gladding, polishing , rubbing & incl silicon treatment over 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 and finished the plaster rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) furroing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per Sqm, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement : 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chippings 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all round as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified. Note : Payment for providing grooves shall be made seperately

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and directed

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregrate) in lintles up to 1.50m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings,kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water trough and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including form work complete all as specified.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in kerb stones, setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of primer paint complete all as specified.
