Providing and fixing structural steel with M.S. angles, flats etc of approved make only, at all levels and locations as per design and pattern over masonry wall, drain grating or as required at site, including welding in proper level, line & alignment, and including painting by dipping the structural steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make and one coat of approved steel primer (painting & priming to be done by dipping only), scaffolding, fabrication, welding, cutting, wastage , labours etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing random rubble masonry with rough dressed hard stone at all levels and locatios in cement mortar 1:6 including through stone, header stone, bond stone, quoins etc. well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, striking, raking out joints & finishing the joints, including scaffolding, curing etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing 20 mm thick, cement plaster using Ready Mixed Internal Plaster (RMP) of approved make for internal faces of brickwork/ concrete/RR wall, cable pits, trenches, chambers, steps, at all levels & locations etc. surfaces for all walls and beams flush with walls, mullions etc. including preparation of the surface even and smooth to correct line, level, plain & plumb including rounding if necessary at all lead and locations on slope, plain & curved surfaces, curing, cleaning, scaffolding, complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M-30 infoundation and plinth at all levels and locationsconformining to I.S. 456-2000 using 20mm.maximum size down graded stone aggregateincluding machine mixing, conveying, placing inposition, mechanical consolidation, finishing,curing etc. all complete as per specificationsand drawings and as directed by the Engineerin charge, for the following.Notes for reinforcement cement concrete works.a.Cement for structural works shall be OPC/PPC ISI markedand duly approved by the Engineer-in-chargeb.PPC/blended cement of ISI marked shall only be used forfinishing works on prior approval of Engineer-in-charge c.All RCC work shall be controlled concrete unless otherwisespecified and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with thedrawings and specifications.d.The rates for RCC works shall be exclusive of cost ofreinforcement and form work unless otherwise mentioned.e. All coarse aggregate to be of 20mm. maximum size &uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned.f.For all RCC items, the rates quoted shallinclude the following without any extra cost tothe Department :i) Spacers to maintain clear cover for reinforcement.ii)Fixing at correct level and in proper alignmentthe inserts, pipe sleeves, pipe bends, hooks,other pipe specials etc. supplied by / throughthe dept.iii)Test for Concrete shall be done as per IS456-2000. and the cost of the same shall beborne by the contractor.

Reinforcement for RCC work includingsupplying, delivering, storing of variousdiameters as required at site of work includingloading, unloading, transporting, decoiling,straightening, cutting, bending, placing inposition at all locations & levels and binding with18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel bindingwire including carrying out various tests asrequired etc. all as per specifications, drawings& as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note:- The cost of binding wire shall be borne by thecontractor and binding wire shall not bemeasured for payment.

i) Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of gradeFe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATASTEEL , RINL etc.

Cement concrete of specified grades at all levels, locations & depths for the following works using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm maximum size including necessary form work, machine mixing, transporting, placing in position consolidation, finishing, curing, scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Extra for providing RMC (Ready MixedConcrete) confirming to IS : 4926 (latest) inlieu of conventional RCC/ PCC items supplied byapproved RMC manufactures for all type ofstructural elements/ PCC/ RCC elementsincluding transporting, pumping etc. complete asper instruction of the Engineer in charge.

Demolishing stone masonry/Plain cement concrete / brick work etc at all levels & locations, sub structure etc including scaffolding, stacking serviceable materials, disposal of unserviceable materials, etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Making cuttings of 75X90 mm size in concrete coping and finishing the cut portion in 12mm thick cement mortar with neat cement finish and disposing of debris outside colony complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Depth not exceeding 1.5 m from ground level for all kinds of soil other than soft and hard rock.

Carefully removing existing cement concrete drain covers from existing location and relaying at directed place within Anushakti Nagar colony and including proper stacking, loading, transportation, unloading, lifting laying in proper line and level at all levels & locations, and including filling the drain covers slots with cement mortar (1:4) & flush pointing with cement mortar (1:4) disposing of debris & unwanted material outside colony etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Clamping of existing Cables, conduit inside the drain with proper line and level etc complete as directed by EIC

Removing and refixing the exising paver block/shababad stones etc. at required loactions in A' nagar including supplying & levelling the stone grit and dust of 50 mm thick in proper line or slope including labours etc. complete all as directed by EIC.

Removing and Disposing of earth/debris from existing storm water drain of all kinds of construction waste material by mechanical transport to out side department colony/office premises including all lifts, loading, unloading, stakcking, spreading, levelling etc complete as directed by EIC. Notes :1 ) Voids @20% for solids and 50% for rock shall be dedcuted from fully loaded truck measurement to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case of direct measurement is not possible. 2) The cost is inclusive of necessary permisiion from statutory authorities for dumping the debris/excess earth outside department premises.

Providing and laying in position PLUM Concrete for Drain wall wherever required with 70% cement concrete of 1:3:6(1 cement,3 crushed sand,6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20mm) and 30% 75 to 150 mm size soling stones spreading uniformly as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including consolidation,finishing,curingetc.complete as per specifications and drawings but excluding the cos tof Form work shuttering, centering complete at all levels

Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking /removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for form work in foundation , plinth or tie beams,lift pits, cable trenches, electrical pits etc. atall locations for all geometrical shapes inplain,curved surfaces of structural / RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys,wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets,cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces ofform work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. complete as per specifications drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing NP 2 class 350 mm. dia. RC hume pipe including excavation and laying /burying underground including making holes in masonry/concretework wherever required, making good the holes after laying theHume pipe with collar joints using stiff mixture of cement mortar (1:2)and sealing open ends with wooden bush etc. refilling making good the surfaces to its original condition etc. all complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position following size weep holes wherever required in Masonry wall including cutting to required shape and size all as per specification, drawings etc complete and as directed by EIC

Providing & applying painting one coat Zinc chormate primer over shop coat of approved anticorrosive primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on existing M.S expose surfaces including scaffolding or cleaning surface etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
