Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50mtr stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtr clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required in to plinth, sides of foundations etc, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20mtr. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate) 20 mm (forty millimeter) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth. within all leads and lifts complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. So as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs. and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like

Columns, pillars, posts and struts (Square, rectangular or polygon in plane).

Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides of soffits of beams, beams haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr in depth in all heights from floor.

Brick work using (second class bricks) common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1;6( 1 cement; 6 sand) and curing complete .

Half brick masonry using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1;4( 1 cement; 4 sand).within all leads and lifts complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement work in:-

Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides of soffits of beams, beams haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr in depth in all heights from floor.

Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level.

In column, pillars, posts and struts.

Providing and Fixing anodised aluminium work (JINDLE MAKE or any other reputed make) for door,window,ventilators and partition with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make confirming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868.(minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawl plug and screws or with fixing clips,or with expansion hold fastener including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top,bottom and sides with required PVC.neoprene felt etc. Aluminium section shall be smooth rustfree,straight,mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleast angle,aluminium,snap beading for glazing/panelling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws . All complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

For doors,windows and ventilators and glazed partitions frames

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium shutters of doors,windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings whereever required including the cost of PVC/neoprene gasket as required (fittings and glazing/panelling shall be paid for separately)

P/F aluminium Grills of required pattrens including fixing with steel screws complete as per the direction Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and fixing anodized aluminum sliding doors bolts anidized colour and shade with bolts and nutts, screw, etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and laying Kota stone slab 25mm thick in risers of steps skirting dado and pillars laid in 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs including rubbing and polishing complete.

Upto all floor level.

Providing/Fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet (TATA or any other reputed make) in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyester of 5 micron over 5 micron primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing/Fixing ridges or hips 60cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel (TATA make) sheets in roofing with hut dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyesters organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washer complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressures not less than 4.5 kg/Sqm i/c filling the joints with approved adhesive complete. (100mm dai pipes)

15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 sand) in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering all heights including arises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/ or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth i) Upto floor two level

Providing and fixing stainless steel railing (1.00 mtr. height)a fixed in straight length over stainless steel flat/round at top of vertical & horizontal balusters including fixing with steel screws complete as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing brass curtain rail with rollers stop ends and brackets in pelmets instead of wooden curtain rod 25mm dia and brackets of first clas deodar wood (actuallength) of rails to be measured.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final finish to the surface complete.

Distempering (Two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to given an even shade over and including primer coat of whiting after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Providing & Fixing WPC ( Wood Plastic Composite ) Panelling/ Liming interior side l/Cutting fixing in position up to all lead and lift. The WPC also eco wood wall pannel, not easy to deform moisture proof insteasd and with like all type of decorative coloure as per direction of engineer incharge including carriage of materials and other incidentals.

P/F cement bounded sheet celling 10 mm thick with galvanised iron nuts and bolts and GI washer filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlin and rafter and trussed in all leads and lift outer side ceiling ,complete room ceiling

Providing and fixing guest sheet flate 8 mm thick i/c cutting housting and fixing in position a priming coat of red lead paint of size .60 x.60 m

Providing and laying 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-50 grade with approved color design and pattern of NTC/PRIME/UNISTONE of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of all labour equipments and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts.
