Providing and applying of concentrated Herbal disinfectant cum anti odour sanitizer for controlling the foul smell at plant in order to create hygienic atmosphere @ 01 Litre per working day. The sanitizer should be non-toxic and Eco friendly.

Providing and applying Bio-Culture and bio-Enzymes @ 05 kg per working day for fast conversion of organic waste under aerobic composting process

Providing and applying of Saw dust @100 kg per working day for controlling the moisture of the waste during the composting process

Providing of Diesel for DG set @ 13 litres per hour for 5 hours backup power per working day or on actual basis. The payment shall be made as per the running log Book of the DG Set for each Working day.

Providing of 13 No Labours @ Rs 750 per working day per labour for segregation, feeding, processing of waste through Bio-composter cum segregator, Insta Auto Composter and Magnetic disintegrator which include both Bio- Degradable and Non-Bio- Degradable wastes. The rates for the labours are as per the SSR 2022 inclusive of GST etc.

Providing of 01 No. supervisory staff for operation of solid waste management plant. The rates are as per the JK-SSR 2022 inclusive of GST etc

Bio-composter cum segregator machine (CMC) Capacity: 5 Mt/ day. Volume handled: 5000 liters, Fabrication: Mild steel, long tube system, Gross weight: 5500 Kgs Outer dimensions: 2 mtr dia x 6 mtr long conveyor details. i) input conveyor: 650 mm. ii) Process conveyor: 650 mm. iii) Refuse conveyor: 650 mm. Shed Inside main components Blades, sieves External attachments: Hot air-controlled blower, feed conveyor, process Conveyor, Refuse Conveyor, Pre crusher.
