Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Random Rubble Masonry in cement Mortar 1 : 5 for foundation and basement using New Stones including necessary provision for Bond stones with simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar above ground level complying with standard specifications.

Filling in Basement with conveyed Well gravel in layers of not more than 15cm. Thick well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality of Fly Ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffits including necessary supports & strutting up to 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casuarinas props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 mix (One cement and One and a half Fine Aggregate and Three Coarse Aggregate) Using 20mm ISS HBG metal including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges for curing,finishing but excluding centering,shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills, including vibrating charges etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.30).

Finishing the top of the roof with one course of Machine Pressed Tiles of size 20 cm x 2 cm of approved quality laid in CEMENT MORTAR 1:3(One cement and three sand) 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, red oxide, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supply and fixing of Cadapah slab 40 MM Thick including cost and supply of work site etc complete.

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sunshade, facial, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with CM 1:3, 10mm thick. including raking the surface. The rate is to include the cost of providing cement mortar beading or nosing for sunshades & staircase steps, landing slabs etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with CM 1:5,12mm thick. over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Granolithic floor finishing with CC1:2:4 mix using 10mm to 12mm IRC chips 25mm thick including cost and conveyance and all labor charges etc complete.

Paving the floor with scratch proof ceramic tiles of any color and any size laid in CM 1:2, 20mm thick. And pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with coloring pigment to suit the color of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any color and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with coloring pigment to suit the color of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The Glazed tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution.

Towards Supply and filling of Rough stone and 20mm Brick Jelly For Filling soakage pit including all cost of materials and labor charges etc complete

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats over new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved color over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fabrication of the following steel doors ,and windows including cost and conveyance and all charges etc complete.

Supply and fixing of 15 A aerial fuse unit (500A) on suitable 100 x 100 mm TW concealed box with hylem sheet on the tapping pole with necessary clamps. SD 128 . ISI make with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of 16 Amps DPIC switch of 500V grade with Fuse and Neutral on suitable T.W. board with painting of suitable color with PWD Earthling (SD No.142)

Supply and run of 2 of 6 sq.mm (84 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains . SD 66 . ISI make with standard specification.

Supply and run of 2 of 6 sq.mm (84 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class ‘B’) bent at both ends with necessary angle iron up right and end supports. SD 71 . ISI make with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of single box type 4’40 w fluorescent fitting complete with copper choke and condenser with TW Round on wall and with tube with PVC unsheathed leads from ten nauble to the netting. ISI Make with Standard specification .sd 88

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100v grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point. SD 24 ISI make with standard specification.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unscheathed Cu.conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point.
