Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 M. including all lifts, levelling, ramming the foudation trenches, removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/l.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacikty after excavating earth to an average of 22,5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 mtrs.

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenches within a lead of 50Mand lift of 1.5M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (mode of measurement compacted volume)

Earth filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers not exceeding 150 mm. thick well watered, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained after cutting within a lead of 50 M. and lift of 1.5 M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l (Mode of measurement compacted volume).

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including' cost of all materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l (Mode of measurement complacted volume).

Supplying and stacking of hard stone (for stone pitching) 22.5 cm thick at site

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick laid in courses and required profile with hammer dressed stones having no side less than 15 cm, with minimum depth of 20 cm including preparing the bedding surface etc. all complete. (Payment for Stone to be made separately).

Providing designation 75 A one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level - 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III): 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal zie)

Providing designation 75 A brick work in C.M.(1 :6) in foundation & Plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joints cost of screening materials , scafolding , raking out joints to 15mm depth curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing designation 75 A brick work in C.M.(1 :6) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joints cost of screening materials , scafolding , raking out joints to 15mm depth curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line level and curvature jointed with cement mortar (1:3) )1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be meausred for pavement) (precast CC kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge)
