Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:8:16 ( 1 cement : 8 coarse sand : 16 graded stone) aggregate 40 mm gauge mixed with mechanical mixer complete in all respect (DSR 4.1)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse cum and (DSR 6.1.1)

Providing and fixing of Kota stone slab 25mm thick flooring over 20mm (average) thick base laid over & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, including rubbing & polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) DSR 11.26.1

Providing and fixing of Kota stone slab 20mm thick in skirting laid on 12mm thick cement mortar 1”3 (1 cement:3coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing & polishing complete the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. DSR 11.27
