1)The tender should indicate the Manufacturers name, month and year of manufacturing by casting/stamping/etching/embossing at an appropriate place of each piece supplied, without affecting the functional utility and structural stability of the components /material. However, if the same is not possible because of component/item being small in size or any other reason what severe, tender should indicate the same in their offer. 2) (i)The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on OEMs or their authorized dealers. (ii) Any firm quoting on behalf of OEM must submit valid & tender specific authorization certificate from their OEM along with their offer and agree for inspection by the nominated agency at the premises of their principal, failing which their offer is liable to be rejected. Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Inspection by Third Party Inspection Agency at firm's premises.

Only OEMs or Authorized Dealers of OEM are eligible to participate the tender. OEM/OEM authorization certificate must be submitted during submission of bid.

As per IRS T&C and GC/WC certificate to be submitted at the time of delivery of material.

Firm should have experience of supplying same/similar items to Railways. Firm must submit Performance Certificate issued by Railways, Joint Commissioning Report and PO copies as credential document. Without these documents offer of firm will not be considered.

EMD & SD will be applicable as per GTC of E.Rly.

Public procurement (Preference to Make in India) is applicable as per gtc E.Rly.
