Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. S&F 7mm thick aluminium grills of make "Decogrill' model DG 104 surrounded by aluminium 'C' channel with mesh size 75 X 75mm complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size quality or description) form wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and gazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 mm thick figured glass pin headed type and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado / skirting / risers to steps etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The size of tiles (except thickness) may be varied during execution without any price adjustment.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring average 25 mm thick surface finished even and rough (as in levelling course) to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, of any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on RCC ceiling surface and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for applying 2mm thick Birla / JK Putty in two layers on newly plastered walls surfaces making absolutely even and smooth, rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall or concrete surfaces over & including a coat of primer on prepared surfaces including, rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer on new plastered surface of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kgs per 10 Sqm and laying premixed bituminious macadam well rammed and sealed with paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade@ 9.8 Kgs per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping of size 6.3mm and again well rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller (Iincluding supply of pre-mixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surface or bituminous macadam surfaces by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top/concrete surfaces than applying evenly priming tack coat with paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 penetration over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer @ 5 Kgs/10 Sqm of surface area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces rolled & compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechanical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber n.exc 75mm thickness (consolidated thickness) with 4% binder content of VG -30 by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechnical paver finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing bituminous surfaces, removing, dust, dirt grease and other foreign matters etc to receive the marking and M&L for thermo plastic (Reflective) line marking having 1.0 mm thickness (average) of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part 1) 1989 read in conjunction with the MOST specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surfaces in white/yelow clour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with and MOST specification 803 clause 4.3.3 complete all as specified and directed. Note - MOST specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. Shape & size/ patterns of marking shall be as approved by the GE.
