Dismantling existing pressed tiles and clearing away as directed by the departmental officers.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of sand)mixing with water proofing compound confirming to ISS at 2% weight of cement used and pointed with water proofing compound mixed with red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling existing false ceiling and clearing away as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, Fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux (or) equivalent Gyp Board False Celing upto a ceiling height of 4.50m from floor level using Hilux board Plain sheet 10mm thick which includes U shaped GI channels of size 25x25x0.50mm thick suspended from ceiling at 1.2m both longitudinal and cross vertical support and fixing shaped GI channels of size 50x30x0.50mm and 150x10x0.50mm thick at 0.60m centre longitudinal and cross direction respectively for horizontal supports of zig-zag pattern and fixing of Gyp board in the panel provided in the design pattern given etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate shall be inclusive of finishing the edges and wall junctions with suitable lipping.

Paving the flooring with Double charged vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick with required cement slurry and mortar plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with white resistant tile epoxy grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) .

Fabricating supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodized natural colour matt finish of single leaf door with half paneled with 12mm thick both side laminated particle bord at bottom and half glazed using 5.50mm thick plain glass at top. The outer frame shall bewith aluminium box section 101.60x44.45x3.18m at 2.319kg/m and shutter frame made of section vertical & top rail : 50x44.45x2.50mm @ 1.292 kg/m, bottom rail : 100x44.45x2.50mm @ 1.974 kg/m, lock rail:50x44.45x2.5mm @ 1.292 kg/m, Alu. Clips : 17.15x17.27x1.50mm @ 0.176 kg/m, Alu Handle : 100x30mm @ 0.988 kg/m and necessary accessories such as aluminium clips, rubber beading PVC felt handle for a lengtjh of shutter (both side) locking arrangements, furniture, fittings such as aluminium tower bolts – 250 x 12mm – 1 No. aluminium tower bolts 200 x 12mm – 1 No. Aluminium Hydraulic door closer – 1 No. lock – 1 No. Door stopper with rubber bush including cost of materials labour charges and power consumption charges required for fabrication including chipping dismantling and making hole to the required extent in RCC column, beams, masonry with power drill wherever necessary and redoing the

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and five sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50kg of cement used including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. .

Painting old iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and approved quality and colour coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications. (The paint should be got approved by Engineer in charge work before use on works)
