Demolition of brickwork built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Modular Brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, of any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on RCC ceiling surface and finished even and Fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid), ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 1 mm thick Wall Care Putty on newly plastered wall surfaces incl preparation, absolutely even and smooth, rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Washing, Rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces of existing wall finish of any type with wire brush, brooming, dusting and finally washing with water to clean the surface absolutely free from any kind of foreign materials and making good minor cracks etc. and preparing to receive distemper/ paint or as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old paints by paint removes or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats,any width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wood or wood based surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old decorated wooden painted surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old decorated Steel painted surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for reparing of RCC projection, chajjas,roofs,facia, column etc by necessary preparation i.e scrapping ,cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforecement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1: 1-1/2: 3) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforeced with welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per sqm but n.exc 3Kg/sqm with or without facia and finished including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chases to brick work or RCC members at any height upto 3 storey bldgs complete all as specified & directed (Note : Steel welded mesh is to be tightend / welded with the existing re-inforcement. The cost of welded mesh is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor).

M&L for heritage regular flakes finish which is made from china clay, pigments homo polymer emulsion and bonding agent Acrylic emulsion top coat (glossy/matt finished) based on solvent based polymer 0.80 mm to 1.20 mm thick single coat as per approved shade, as per manufacturers instructions and applying on vertical surfaces of walls, columns, pipes soffits of beams and chajja etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old floor surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of epoxy floor paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30 cm high etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for all security measures while working in heights more than 6m from GL.

M&L for Obliterating old writing of any description, n exc 0.1 sq. m, with paint to match existing work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Rates to be deemed fit for all security measures while working in heights more than 6m from GL).

Note: (from Ser Item- 08.00 to 42.00) Contractors quoted rate shall deemed to include for:- (b) Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks, etc. (c) Work in patches, and in narrow \widths. bands, cornices, pilasters, etc. and cutting in edges to line, where necessary. (d) Spreading and removing coverings to doors, windows, floors, fittings, etc., to protect them from splashes. (e) Removing and replacing furniture, movable cupboard, chicks, blinds, etc. (f) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wiring, etc. of drops and splashes and leaving premise, clean and tidy. (g) Taking down, cleaning as directed and refixing blinds and fittings, picture rods, cornice poles and small items of builder’s hardware such as door knobs, finger plates, escutcheons, hooks etc. which are not required to be painted. (h) Use of dust sheets and other coverings for the protection of fixtures, fittings, furniture, etc.
