Pre-Fabricating, supplying and fixing of G+1 Tier Rack supported Mezzanine system for floor area of 126 Sqm of overall height 4700 mm made out of high strength HR steel members which load carrying capacity 1000kg/UDL consisting of the following reshifting of existing staircase and sliding gate from existing mezzanine,conncection to existing mezzanine by chequered plate which carries load 1000kg UDL and provision of hand railling along the periphery of mezzanine for a height 1200mm, sign boards and catwalk and provision of all fittings and fixtures all as shown on drawing, as specified and as directed. Storage Rack of overall height 2500mm below the mezzanine system cosists of Rack type A/A1 - Size 1510x600/1200x2500mm- 04 Nos of loading levels, 88 units and load carring capacity - 300 Kg UDL. Rack type B/B1 - Size 2310x600/1200x2500mm- 04 Nos of loading levels, 32 units and load carring capacity - 300 Kg UDL MAKE: Godrej or equivalent

Supply and fixing Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of 20mm dia and all conduit accessories (surfaced / concealed in walls/ceilings/floors/roof) and including provisiion of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly in the existing mild steel terminal boxes with new 3 mm thick hylum sheet top cover for housing switches,socket outlets,fan regulators,with frame concealed in walls top cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers etc. all as specified and directed (a) One light point controlled by oneway switch 5/6 Amps.

Note : 2 runs of PVC FRLS cable, one run of earth continuity conductor cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length/running metre.Make : Finolex/ Anchor/Havells/
