Providing & erecting 330 acrow props per day with wooden plank support and tying with 12mm rods midway using welding/ nut bolt as per requirement based on site condition from 3.00 mtr high upto 11.00m above ground level for propping of dome, vaulted ceilings and attic roof, After completion of strengthening of work careful deproping to be done as per directions and approval of the Architect & complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and erecting two legged metal tubular scaffolding (cup lock type) of width 1200 to 1500mm largely free standing using H frames of tubular pipe of minimum 40mm diameter, with base plates fixed or adjustable with necessary clamps, coulders, brackets for projections, joint pins, pulleys and other accessories including steel angle or tubular pipe bracings at adequate intervals, access platforms of metal or timber planks of span not execeeding 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint wiht cup & lock system with MS tubes MS tube challis, MS Clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work including provision of rubber inserts to pipe ends at point of contact with structure to avoid damage, including access ladders with intermediate platforms, the scaffolding to be suitably braced and anchored to the building using support system created temporarily at the opening in walls using 25 metre height, above ground level. The rate includes provision of high density plastic sheets covering to protect architectural details on the entire building face a nylon net to prevent all debris falling onto the pavement required and the safety platform at ground level covering the pedestrian walkways etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose,. The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such work.
Providing and erecting cantilever scaffolding for tower top with 40 mm dia MS pipe, cup locks( weighing not less than 6.31 kg each) . MS base jacket for fixed or adjustable with necessary MS clamps, clouders, MS brackets for projections , joint pins, pulleys and other accessories including steel angle or tubular pipe bracing at adequate intervals, including wooden planks or metal platforms any type of span, centre to centre, horizontal or vertical tubes joints with cup or locking with MS tubes, MS clamps upto 11 mtr height of bldg. the paymet will be made once only for execution of all items for such work. Note for item No. 01.00 to 3.00 : Scaffolding to be provided till completion of the work.
Providing and maintaining barricading on the site 2.5m high by using MS pipes or angle iron frame work for verticals at 3 m c/c and horizontals at 0.90 m c/c, Glavalume sheets, struts, MS clamps, etc. The verticals shall be embedded/fixed to concrete pedestals below ground. The rate to include fabricating, cutting and fixing in position MS frame work, painting the same with two coats of approved anti rust paint, etc complete. Contractor to get structural design approved by the Engineer. Contractor shall remove and take away the barricading at his own cost on completion of the works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels of rolling shutters, grills, gates, fencing, hoardings, including all gusset plates, bolts, buts cutting rivets, welding etc, including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing existing mangalore tiles/AC/GI/Galvalume sheet from roof/cladding/partitions etc, excluding supporting structure but including scaffolding, handling, transporting, sorting and stacking at site lead upto 150m and or disposing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolishing brick work in lime or cement mortar including plaster, paint, etc manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory window (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc, complete and stacking with 50metres lead or area 3 sqm and below complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters upto 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead of sectional area size of 40 square centimetres and above complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling wooden planking with joint and coba, etc including stacking the serviceable material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for racking out cement plaster of any finish from the wall, the joints to a depth of 20mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Brick work with common burnt clay EPS (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 and above in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for lime plaster 30mm thick in two coats having a backing coat of 20mm thick in 1:3 (one line:3 surkhi) with recron fibre and finishing coat of 10mm thick in lime mortar (1 lime:2 Quartz sand) for internal plastering including mixing approved adhesive such as guggal, jaggery etc and applying to concrete/brick/stone masonry surface in all positions and finishing the surface even and smooth with lime pluging in 1:1 and curing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Lime plastic repair and restoration of profile of weathered or damaged limestone statuary carvings, capitols, stringer courses, and other architectural details with lime mortar and armature of SS pins or non corrosive phospho bronze as directed by Architect, work to be undertaken by skilled mason/sculptor (one piece to be taken as an average of 0.1 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for laying in position lime concrete including bailing out water, compacting, finishing surface, curing and including the cost of centering and shuttering at all level Nominal Mix of 1:2:4 (1 lime:2 finely graded sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm size) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Removal of vegetation, plant/ficus growth by pulling out root system embedded in masonry , cutting stem and treatment by application of hing/gur/lime formulation along with brushing for algea, microscopic roots and deposit removal with wire brushes (Minimum measurement to be 1 Sqm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for detailing fabricating and fixing built up sections at desired location using MS plates of grade Fe 250 as per specifications and approved fabrication drawings (which are to be prepared by contractor and got approved from engineer), erecting structural steel members for all heights & at all levels including provision of necessary erection bolts, fixing bolts, nuts, washers, cleats, stiffeners, gussets, base plate, and all necessary operations like preheating as per specification, straightening, bending, cutting, drilling, grinding, machining if specified, welding, grinding and removing the welding burr and preparing surface for painting with wire brush cleaning and applying two coat of epoxy red oxide zinc phosphate primer of 30 microns each and two coats of Epoxy Corrosion Resistant Enamel paint of 30 microns after fabrication including touching up with spray painting after erection etc complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.
Application of water, oil and dirt repellent, breathable, low VOC acrylic emulsion in aqueous phase based protectguard TC of Killickguard or equivalent with brush on lime plaster (clear) in two coats. Applications to be done strictly as per manufacturers specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Application antimoss treatment (of Killick guard or equivalent make) in single application before application of impregnation sealant with necessary cleaning of dead algae/moss with help of nylon brush and water mist if required. Applications to be done strictly as per manufacurers specification. (Scaffolding to be paid separately)
Material and Labour for applying antifungal wash treatment using 3% solution of sodium pentachlorophenate, of reputed brand and manufacturer, on cleaned sand stone surface at desired locations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding)
Removing the existing mangalore tiles roofing carefully including teak wood purlins, rafters, batterns and boarding and GI sheet gutters from the floor and refixing the same of the above one in a similar way including providing new teak battern and applying 3 coats of approved synthetic enamel paint in approved tint to the entire teak battern work including providing and fixing iron bolts, nuts, screws and all other fixing accessories as required replacing broken tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and Fix 20mm thick mangalore tiles of approved make as roof including fixing in cement morter (1:3) with necessary vatas and cement pointing, coloured with red or dammering etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and Fix single skin trapezoldal profiled sheeting 930-1020mm cover width 28-32mm crests depth at 186-250 c/c (above 195mm c/c crest distance there will be minimum 2 ribs at the centre for stiffening). The feed material shall be manufactured from AZ 150 (min 150gms/Sqm total on both sides) Zincalume/Galvalume sheets of minimum yield strength of 550 Mpa, 0.45mm BMT, (0.5mm TCT excluding paint coating thickness), metallic hot dip coated with Al-Zn alloy (55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% SI) as per AS 1397/IS 15961 & painted with super durable polyester Color bond steel XRW or equivalent quality paint system of approved colour, suitable for exterior application conforming to AS/NZS 2728:2007 type 4/IS15965:class 3 of approved make . The sheet shall have a total coating thickness of 35 microns, super durable polyester paint system of 20 microns on exposed surface and 5 micron reverse polyester coat on back surface over 5 micron primer coat on both surface. The paint system shall have stable inorganic pigments for colour durability. The product will be fastened using No 12-14x55mm (or as per design requirement), mechanically coated with 25 micron Zn-Sn alloy or hot dipped zinc coated with min 40 micron hex self drilling fasteners with EPDM washer of approved make confirms to AS3566:2002 class 3.

Providing fixing BELL MOUTHS made of 1 mm thick LEAD SHEET 12"x12" soldered to the 4" dia lead pipe, 2' longh flattened and bent to take one end into the CI 4" dia down take pipe and the other folded and brazed into the top 12"x12" sheet on top. The whole set to be fixed over cement mortar bed of the waterproofing layer. Top flange of the Bell mouth to be fully covered by the finishing layer of water proofing as instructed at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Crack stitching 6 mm helibar, providing and fixing of Helifix Hi fin reinforcement Helibars of 6mm dia, single bar in one slot, MOC Austenltic stinless steel, ASTM 304, having cross section area of 8 sqmm, pitch 29/30, with UTS 980 N/Sqmm, shear strehgth 5.5 KN, alongwith Helibond Grout, a special cementitious grout with low expansion, non gassing and injectable with exceptional non shrink thixotropic properties having compressive strength at 28 days of 45 N/Sqmm. Including chasing of slot for helibars, cleaning the dust and debris from the slot, making damp with water to achieve good bonding of Helibar with HeliBond grout in the slot of masonry ensuring that it remains tight at the joint after curing, at locations as per instructions provided by structure Engineer/Helifix, including all toos tackles and equipments using specified and machines, excluding staging & scaffolding at various places where there is crack in brick/stone/block masonry complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Creating Heli beam with twin 6mm helibars, providing and fixing of Helifix Hi-fin reinforcement Helibars of 6mm dia, two bars in one slot, forming a HeliBeam, MOC Austenitic stainless steel, ASTM 304, having cross section area of 8 Sqm with UTS 980 N/Sqmm of single bar, alongwith helibond Grout, a special cementitious grout with low expansion, non gassing and injectable with exceptional thixotropic properties, including chasing of bedjoints for Helibars, cleaning to achieve good bonding of HeliBar with HeliBond grout in the slot of masonry ensuring that it remains tight at the joint after curing, at locations Helifix, excluding staging & scaffolding, at various places where there is crack in brick/stone/block masonry as directed by structural engineer/Helifix.
Creating HeliBeam using two 6mm Helibars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Pinning with Cem Tie 8mm (SS 304) : providing and fixing of Helifix Hi-fix reinforcement Helical pins/cem Ties of 8mm dia, and specified length MOC Austenitic stainless steel ASTM-304, having cross section area of 10.5 Sqmm having helical pitch of 38/48 with UTS 1370 N/Sqmm alongwith Helibond Grout, a special cementitious grout with low expansion, non grassing and injectable with exceptional thixotropic properties and specified length along with Helibond Grout, Including drilling of holes for Cem Ties, cleaning and making damp with water ensuring to achieve good bonding of Cem Tie with HeliBond in the Holes of Masonry ensuring that it remains tight at the joint after curing at locations /Helifix, excluding staging & Scaffolding.
Pinning with Cem Tie 8mm (SS 304) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
CrackBond TE 250ml : Providing & fixing of crackBond TE 250ml an injectable special epoxy resin with the help of manual pressure applicator and nozzle, including opening of crack, cleaning and ensuring sealing of cracks of 3mm-12mm width upto a maximum depth of 150mm.
Crack Bond TE 250 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fix well seasoned burma teak wood full length new members like joists, rafters, purlins, beams etc in roof/floor/staircase portion including all fixtures and fastening. Item to include all moulding and chamfers to be made as per original design indicated by the Architects. Item to include using larger section of wood to get the mouldings and chamfers as per original design, sample to be shown to the Architect for approval before fixing. Item to also application of solignum on the wood surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fix Burma Teak wood planking of 25mm thick for flooring boarding as per existing details, tongue and grooved including scaffolding if necessary. Item to include all moulding and chamfers to be made as per original design indicated by the Architects. Item to include using a larger section of wood to get the mouldings and chamfers as per original design, sample to be shown to the Architect for approval complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fix by using serviceable burma teak wood for Arch window with fixed glass panel of 40mm thick for all arches including tongue and grooved including scaffolding if necessary. Item to include all mouldings and chamfers to be made as per original design indicated by the Architects. Item to include using a larger section of wood to get the mouldings and chamfers as per original design, sample to be shown to the architect for approval before fixing (Using stacked material) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fix, a fixed TW louvered window with arch profile above. The TW frame to be made of Old BTC well seasoned Knot free of size 2'x3" three Number of horizontal members of 3" x 3" and TW beading in Old BTC of 1/2" x 1/2" all inclusive complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Preparing the woood from the salvaged wood from the site for reusing in door/window frames, shutters, mullion, architrave, beading, transom, etc including staircase handrail, ballusters, beams etc with surface preparation, removing the damaged and degraded portions, nails, fixtures etc, including chamfering, moulding to match the existing doors and windows as per the instructions of site incharge/architect with proper placement and storage.
Supply and fix well seasoned Burma Teakwood Decorative Eaves Board of design and size to match the existing original Historic Eaves Board dismantled from site or as directed by the Architect or Engineer in Charge. Item to include necessary cutting from larger section of wood in required, carving of mouldings and designs etc to match the Historic details on site. Eaves Board to be coated with Solignum or equivalent Anti termite solution and finished with one coat of promer and two coats of synthetic enamel coat of required finish as directed by the Architect including all necessary hardware, tools, scaffolding etc to complete the item in all respect.
Material and Labour for applying first single coat of approved primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint/flat oil paint of an approved make and colour as per manufacturers specifications to surfaces specified below, at all height and locations as directed including scaffolding, cleaning and preparing surfaces for painting by any approved means.

Supply and fix cast iron safety railling/gates as per design by Architect for staircases, atrium, plinth steps, ramp etc of 75-80 Kg weight per Sqm, including black oxide finish with PU coating, oxidizing to be done before 8 hrs after sandblasting the gate. CI to be casted from an ingot consisting of chemical compositon (As per Annexure), the ingot to be tested and report to be submitted before execution of casting work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fix Burma Teak wood planking of 40mm thick for risers/treads/soffit in staircase as per existing details, tongue and grooved including scaffolding if necessary. Item to include all mouldings and chamfers to be made as per original design indicated by the Architects. Item to include using a larger section of wood to get the mouldings and chamfers as per original design, sample to be shown to the Architect for approval before fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for Fabrication and installation plaque in stainless steel (SS 304 16 SWG) in different sizes and shapes etc on one side with test in English and Devnagari as per text provided). Plaque to be fixed with 4 precision grade stainless steel hexagon socket head cap screws and domed cap nuts into building as indicated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for detailing and fabricating as per specifications, transporting to site and errecting M S ladder using hot rolled sections, hollow pipes (Hollow pipes conforming to IS 1239 part 1 & 2) including, fixtures and fastenings, cleats, stiffeners, gussets, etc and all necessary operations like straightening, bending, cutting, drilling, grinding, machining if specified, welding, removing the welding burr, cleaning etc, fixing in cement concrete block of grade M15 and preparing surface, applying one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and one coat of synthetic Enamel Paint after fabrication and second coat of synthetic enamel paint after erection, with approved colour, shade and brand etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and Fix 400 Watt LED flood light LED IP65 luminaire with high efficacy complete with all accessories and fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and Fix of LED post top lantern/Handi type, light fitting 100W warm white complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
