a.50mm ND GI pipes (4.14 kg /mt) for vertical member (@every2.50mc/c) (300 nos x 2.50mt)

b.32mm ND GI Pipes (2.61 kg/mt) for cross brazing (@ every 25m c/c) ( 52nos x 3.00mt x 2 nos)

2)Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, railing work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position providing screws, bolt & nuts etc., and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

40mm x 40mm x 3mm 1.80 kg /mtM.S.angle (750 x 2 nos x 1.8kg/mt) for bottom and top of G.I pipe

40mm x 40mm x 3mm 1.80 kg /mtM.S.angle Y angle for barbed wire fencing (2 x 0.60 mt x 350 nos = 420 rmt x 1.8kg/mt)

3)G.I. chain link fabric fencing of 1.80 in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm (1.80 mt height fencing) (1.80 mt x 750 rmt)

4)Standard barbed wire as per approved sample 12 gauge barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum) five lines one side (2 side x 5 lines each side x 750 rmt = 7500)

5)Earth work for pits ( 300 pits x 0.30 mt L x 0.30 mt B x 0.50 D mt)

6)Machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.“(Note: - Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.“Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separatelyAll works upto plinth level (300 x 0.30 x .30 x .50 = 14 m3)

7)Enamel paint for painting of angles (Asian Tractor Premium / Jenson Nicholson )

8)Turpentine for enamel paint work

9)100 mm painting brush branded as per approved sample

10)3.15 mm dia 350 mm length welding electrode (Sun Arc, Mangala, Advani orlicon)

11)Erecting superstructure framework. : The work shall include shifting of materials to site as and when the work progress work include , cutting, threading, welding, hoisting, grinding, finishing, painting of , G.I. pipe MS angle , Chain linked mesh fencing and barbed wire
